The rooms were beyond any criticism, the shower had hair residue, the carpet was old and smelly, and not clean.

Overall is clean and the hotel is near to many famous restaurants! The receptionists are friendly and helpful, they helped sending all my taobao parcels to my room and i really appreciate that. Can’t think of any.

Everything. Staff were great and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. There is supper every night. The gym is pretty well equipped for a hotel in Shanghai - it had two treadmills, a rower, weights, and a cable machine. Metro line 14 is right across the street from the hotel, and it is a walking distance to Jing An temple. Perhaps the option for a traditional breakfast spread instead of a bakes and coffee bar. But everything else was excellent.
