Hotel staff from front desk to cleaning staff were very helpful. Onsite laundry room was my favorite. You just drop off your dirty clothes and the staff does it for you at no cost. Breakfast buffet was also delicious. Many options to choose from every day. Hotel is walking distance to many attractions and malls. Nothing.

Good location near the popular touristic places: 2 blocks to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, The Bund is within 30 mins walk. We had a room without the window, but it was ok.

I followed the location which is mention d in Booking.com but it was 7 minutes walking away from actual location with crossing major roads and carrying our big luggage was so difficult.

The staff is really helpful. Definitely will stay again at this hotel.

location is ok for the value. bathroom area is good enough for biz travellers. bed linen is quite soft. clean room. we had 5 rooms for our booking. once we arrived it took them almost 45 minutes to finish the payment and check in. 5 minutes after we paid, they informed 2 rooms were under repair ( woah what a coincident). they offered to move 2 rooms to different hotels. It was quite tiring after a long day so we had to squeeze in atour and did not move. they promised to have the rooms ready the next day BUT when we got back to the hotel around 9:30 we still had to wait for the room and waited for the check in procedures. they had all our info and could have done that before to eliminate the hassles. the staff were nice but honestly took a longggggg time to check in. i wasnt sure if they know how to check in guests…………. checkin shouldnt take 45 mins! they charged my card wrongly then had to cancel and charged again. OVERALL, i was pretty sure they were over booked. and it happened that the room was under repair right after we completed the payment. :) one of the worst experience ever.

Even though it was spring and the outdoor air was still cool, our room didn’t have a real window, so it became quite warm and uncomfortable at night.

There is no real photo of hotel property. Address is confused. Entrance is hard to see. Our room has window but not facing to outside view. It’s window to inside. Very strange ray out of indoor small space view.

the first room we went to had no windows, no closet, the window was just decor window, so we've changed the room

Everything was smooth, got early check in! Staff was friendly. Attention is paid to the last detail! Loved the place and will book again! I couldn’t control heating in the room, so it was too hot most of the time.

Facilities, breakfast, room was clean. Shared aircon and it cannot be adjusted. Fake windows, no air from outside. Room temperature was so hot when winter time. No air from outside, it was like microwave. Staffs explained that on the website said fake windows, and air conditioners only became heater from that period. cannot do anything.

The hotel room does not have window and cannot control temp inside the room. We booked for 3 nights but we finally cancelled the last 2 nights. It is not good for our health. We felt like we were in the oven. Staffs cannot communicate well.
