The hotel is near to old market where shopping area and restaurants The staff are very friendly and helpful The hotel is very old ,room ,furniture , towels and blankets although they change our room to another renovated one and wi fi is very bad except in lobby and it not fast

The beach was awful, there was no place to swim, and it smelled of a lot of oil.

The staff was extremely nice, respectful and helpful !! Additionally, the woods design was beautiful.

We had a lovely short stay at Turquoise Hotel in Sharm. The staff were extremely accommodating and always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the rooms were well maintained. The breakfast buffet was decent, especially the fresh crepes and omelettes made to order each morning. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

location is very good , pool and sea view are amazing , the animation team do very good job actually with the guests my only problem was about the food , most of time food was very bad quality and no varieties to serve but it's ok for the price .. no wifi is a side problem for me

Good value for the money, as well. There could be a bit more variety about food, and a bit more of fruit and vegetables.

The price is low for a good reason. I had a terrible night fighting mosquitos. I bought repelent as suggested by the reception person- it was of no use. The food was very lousy- a variety but of low quality.

A very convenient place to stay, with the beach just across the road, only a one-minute walk away. The pool area was pleasant, and the reception staff member for check in was friendly and helpful. There was also good internet at the nearby Italian pizza place, which offered delicious desserts and warm service from a very kind gentleman named Imat. Some guests created an atmosphere that did not feel welcoming to everyone, mainly due to parts of the entertainment program that included inappropriate jokes. It may be best not to expect a particularly refined environment. There were also occasional issues with electricity and Wi-Fi. Additional recommendations for the owner: The property has strong potential. Modernising the reception area and improving the overall quality of the food could justify a higher room rate and better support long-term investment goals.
