The staff were helpful and eager to help. The location was good. Breakfast was good and Dinner was great. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were dated and needed work. Also, the hotel grounds and front entrance needed frequent cleaning. TV was very old and the picture was bad.

The bed wasn't comfortable, and the blankets weren't clean.

It wasnt clean.. the toilet was broken. There were things biting on the bed but not bed bugs.. i couldn’t really see what they were but woke up with many bites..

Sorry to say that I was ripped of at this hotel. Paid twice, once through booking and again at the hotel where the receptionist wouldn't acknowledge the payment I had made, although I proceeded to show him my bank statement and booking confirmation of payment. But he wouldn't hear any of it and this gave me the worst impression. Glad it was only a one night stay, but never again! Be carfeul when booking cheap hotels because this is likely why they are cheap.

Mahmoud and abdalla were the best ones here! They helped us with everything we needed. The place was nice. We loved the experience and would recommend it! The people here are the awesome!

It's supposed to be a place to sleep just for me. But unfortunately even sleeping was not possible because of the mosquitoes in the room and the smell of humidity everywhere, I do not recommend it
