I visited during an unseasonable heatwave, where staff procedures like keeping shades and windows opened meant that they created an inferno to sleep in instead of closing the windows and drawing the shades to keep the room cooler. They should adjust for guest comfort instead. Location was a bit awkward via public transport, with most buses stopping a 15 minute walk away.

Quite noisy and a very small room as it was refurbished student accommodation. Bed was a small double so quite cosy for two people.

Ease of booking check in Kitchen Close car park Launderette Great spaces Bed a little hard Need cutlery and condiments in kitchen Need to check tv works Always batteries flat

It was good value and clean in a decent location. The free breakfast mentioned vegan croissant however in the morning when we asked we were told they didn't do these anymore. It was also a little noisy because of it's location within the university campus but not overly so.

Reception staff were helpful getting a taxi.

Fantastic stay for the price. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. I had everything I needed and more. The delicious pastry and coffee was a huge bonus. So was the kitchen facilities. Fast Internet, easy to connect. I am planning to stay again next year.

Fantastic location, Uber isn't expensive from the train station to the university at all, and it's really close to Botanical Gardens etc etc. I had a double room, perfect size, extremely clean, comfy, and nice. A huge window that let in nice cool air during the aftnn and night. Perfect if you're like me and feel a little warm. Highly recommend Breakfast - by the time I'd got there, there was barely any coffee left :( it would be nice if they had a tap/machine of gold filtered water instead of tap water for paying guests. So you can access a drink at any time. People slammed doors late at night, extremely loudly. Please ask people not to do that upon arrival, also why would you do that anyway???? The headboard was the only downside of the room, it didn't at all affect my stay. It was the only thing that looked tired.

There was a continuous, annoying low frequency squeezing noise, not very loud but annoying.

Room was clean and a good size. Be wary that this is a student halls, so if you're staying during term time, then expect noise during the night. That's all fine, but maybe it's a bit pricey for that. Bit too much noise at night. Hostel would have been cheaper.

Great value for money. Perfectly adequate for a short stay. Lovely staff. It was on a uni campus so unavoidable noise on a Saturday night!

I honestly cant say a bad work about it for that price.

Very difficult to find,, seems to ve surrounded by student accommodation. Very noisy. Groups of of kids everywhere. Room the size of a rabbit hutch. Felt like a prison cell. . Any of it.

Location to the Uni accommodation to see daughter is excellent. Easy to get to and parking onsite was a bonus. Very clean bedroom and bathroom (and decent toilet paper!) ideal for a short stay. No issues to report

Friendly relaxed convenient Bed head was peeling

Jonas could be better signposted as it can be hard to find if entering the halls of residence grounds from some directions.

The location was in student accommodation. We couldn't believe it. The room was clearly a student room and the plastic coated head board around the bed was peeling away. It was not stated where the "hotel" was nor any mention of it being in the student village of the university. Very disappointed.
