A lovely little oasis near Sheffield city centre. My room was laughably far away from the reception… the pool and sauna shut at 8pm which is way too soon.

We paid £179 each for ‘junior suites’ initially one was meant to be a superior king suite but we agreed to change so rooms could be nearby each other. We did not get any discount for this. both rooms were extremely dated, not particularly clean. Had an adjoining door to next room that could not lock Altho the maintenance man did come promptly to try to fix it. One of the rooms had a very bad smell to it, smelled like sewage.

Most of it. The swimming pool was too hot and the jacuzzi scalding so that we weren't able to get in it. Surely a waste of energy!

The location is lovely the hotel it’s self is lovely too The room was miles away, may aswell have slept at home.. my disabled mother struggled to walk, I asked if there was any availability to move closer to eveything but all rooms were booked due to a wedding.. the pool was packed with children using it as a swimming lesson, we came away for a relaxing night away and was getting splashed from every angle kids were jumping in and kids were using the hottub all in all not relaxing, the beds were really uncomfortable me and mum both had a rubbish night sleep, were more stressed then before we arrived. This was meant to be a nice night away for my mums birthday we may aswell have stayed at home..
