Couldn't close blinds with the window open. Small bed and bathroom. Coffee bags not great.

The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us. The room was comfortable and quiet even considering there was a wedding going on.

Quiet location Very comfortable beds with high quality linen and towels. No area to relax in

Great location. Comfortable room with all amenities. Excellent shower. 4pm checkin is late. It should be earlier. Also maybe an option for breakfast to be included in the room rate.

Nice and clean even though the rooms were not really big. The staff were also friendly There’s no lift so carrying luggage up the stairs was not easy
-
very, very good location, bus station at hotel door and near little stores and restaurant nothing, all expectations were met

Very friendly staff. Modern, clean and spacious rooms. Ample parking. Nice bar area.

The location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was superb. The room and bathroom was spacious, everything was very clean. The only comment on the negative side was for me the bed was too hard.

We had a very comfortable stay at The Psalter. The room was furnished to a very high standard and was clean and cosy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very hot night when we stayed. A small fan was provided but this was not all that effective for the size of the room. Luckily we drove and came prepared with our own two additional fans. On an average night in the UK this would not have been an issue and in the winter I'm sure the room will be lovely and cosy. If staying during the summer be prepared for a warm night. Also, the entire restaurant and bar were booked for a private party the evening of our stay meaning we could not eat in the hotel. This didn't end up being an issue for us but we would have appreciated a warning at the time of booking.

Lovely room - recently refurbished - very comfortable bed - a quick overnight stay - convenient location to visit family - also close to the University Would have been better to have breakfast included in the price - quite expensive to add on but I believe it is very good

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who even helped us park our car. Our room was cosy, clean and comfortable. We had dinner and drinks at the bar and restaurant next door, the food and staff were excellent. We would highly recommend and we will stay there again when we return to Sheffield.

Great location, Clean hotel, amazing staff. Mirror in room not in line with hairdryer plug.

Ok. Staff nice. Clean, tastefully decorated. On site parking convenient. WiFi would not connect one evening. Bed hard, water in shower just about hot enough, no teaspoon in room so I ended up squeezing out teabag with the handle of my toothbrush. All little things, but could be better.
