I couldn’t even make it to the room because there was a homeless person in the hallway, a couple of people were arguing on the phone, and a family was waiting for the receptionist. The hotel looked dirty and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Room floor was so dirty and under bed has garbage

Floor wasn’t clean at all when I arrived under the bed had some trash

Clean room/bathroom fully stocked/quiet stay/ac worked well/parking and several access points with room key

No hair dryer in room. Asked staff. They said they didnt have enough for all their guests. One amenity in their listing was they had hair dryers in rooms. Staff didnt seemed concerned. I paid over 200.00 for a 1 night stay. Not at all pleased.

Room was clean Interior was quiet Some trash near entrance in the parking lot. Street outside (Bridgeport Ave) was louder than most.

So many issues. We didn’t feel safe at all. The staff was understanding.

Kids running around set off fire alarm 10:30 pm. Beds were clean and good, but floors and bathroom not as clean as they could be. Residents allowed at night to smoke right outside the front entry of hotel so have to walk through smoke. Got what we paid for.

Friendly stuff, clean room and location was great, based on my needs.

The hotel cancelled my reservation without ever telling me. When I showed up the person at the front desk said my reservation was cancelled.

There was no ice bucket provided, the refrigerator had no ice available, and there were barely enough cups in the room for drinks. Compared to other hotels that offer more convenience and standard amenities, this experience fell short of expectations. I appreciate cleanliness, but the missing essentials and unpleasant bathroom odor made this stay not enjoyable for me. I hope improvements are made for future guests.

Everything nice

Room was clean and updated. Nice large TV and kitchen. Breakfast provided was not a real breakfast. Coffee was not good either. Overall it was an okay place to stay for a night. Location was excellent.

Parking is entertaining 😁 along with staff and rooms are clean

The staff are very friendly and considerate. Our hotel floor was not cleaned at all. We looked at the bottoms of our feet/socks after only 30 mins of walking around the room. Our sock became discolored /dark brown/black due to walking on the hotel room floor. When notifying the night shift staff member at the front desk, he gave us the house cleaners rolling bucket and we mopped our bed room floor. Shortly after mopping the bedroom our toilet became clogged and we went down to notify him along with returning the mop and bucket. That is when he provided a plunger for us and we had no issues after that.
