It was the first hotel I ever been in that had a lot of activities with loud music kids and adults around you can't even here the people at the front desk but they do have to get quiet at 10:00pm also I came to check in at 4:30 and had to wait ten min my room was not ready when check in time is at 3:00 over all people that work there was nice

The room was clean but when we checked in both beds were in bad shape. My daughter sat on the edge and almost fell back and when my grandson got in bed it sounded like the bed was broken in half. But thankfully staff was able to switch our rooms and it was much better. The pool and hot tub were running and the rooms were clean and stocked well. I enjoyed my stay!

Staffing was okay My package was included king bed and breakfast. At my big surprise no king bed was available. I was informed that my package did not included breakfast

Requested every day cleaning told ok then Sunday morning found a letter saying they don't clean on Sunday cleaning lady said she will clean that never happened
