Loved the hotel. We were very happy with the hotel and the amenities. A few things we would have liked were fans or misters in the backyard and the door locks were a bit weird. We had an issue getting into our room but once we learned the trick of pulling the door handle, we were able to get in. But that seems weird. never had to do that before. Overall, would highly recommend

Loved my stay so much I wondered why my wife and I hadn’t been staying at Marriot hotels lately. For starters, it smelled amazing upon entering the building and everything was so clean and modern. Our room was also clean and perfectly located. I had an issue with my rewards # and Donald at the front desk was so helpful in addressing the issue. Looking forward to coming back to this location.

Good location to Cynthia Woods Pavillion. Rooms good size decor not so much. Wish had free breakfast. Overall good for 1 night stay.

The staff were amazing. The ease of checking in and checking out was fantastic and best I’ve ever experienced. The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows were horribly too firm. The only other negative thing was the bathroom door closed but does not fully secure or close. This was a minimum inconvenience as the rest of the room and amenities and location was fantastic.

The lighting in the bathroom needs to be addressed, you can't see what you're doing when you're at the sink looking at the mirror due to so dark. The staff aren't very friendly they could work on customer service, better coffee and creamer would help as well. If you fixed these things, it would be a wonderful hotel, very clean and nice place overall
