The room and everything inside was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Pool had a lot of leaves.

Great room & place.

The hotel was nice. The room was spacious with a great view. Front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. The bathroom light was broken with no one on the property to fix it. It was a girls trip where everyone needed to get ready. We were given some lights to stick on the bathroom mirror, however some of them were also broken, and they slid off the mirror in minutes. We booked this hotel for multiple reasons, one of the reasons was the drinks they advertise online. They had the cups behind the bar, however the bartender said those particular cups were being used to hold her bar tools. We had an enjoyable time, but this is not a hotel I will be staying at again.

The best treatment ive ever had. Up from desk clerks to cleaning ladies. They are so respectful and courteous. Their shampoo love the scent

Housekeeping never came to clean our room despite us staying for multiple days.

Pool was dirty. Wallpaper peeling off. Pillow dirty. I booked through Expedia. To later find out instead of charging me incidentals, they charge me additionally to what I already paid Expedia.

The condition of the property, the staff, the and the amenities were all fine. It's the design of the property that was very off-putting. The design is urban contemporary. Not welcoming. Not comforting. Not cozy. Very cols. The bathroom had a sliding barn door that didn't close all the way and wouldn't lock. Instead of a wall there was a partition dividing the bedroom from the bathroom. This room would have been fine for someone staying by themselves or maybe a couple that knows each other very well. But if you desire any type of privacy this is not the room for you.

Liked the hotel and room, very comfortable Was awakened at 2 am with such loud music coming from the room next door and staff couldn’t help get it stopped until after 6 am. Staff never reached out to make it right and we still paid full price for the stay!

Property was amazing!!!!

Very clean hotel! Bedding was fresh, carpet was clean, tv worked great. Only flaw was the door to the shower & toilet doesn’t shut all the way… I thought that was odd. Otherwise we had a great stay here.

When we arrived, I tried checking in and the front desk did not even have my booking that was done through a third-party with hotels.com. I had to wait for the front desk to have to talk to hotels.com. It was a back-and-forth situation it took about 45 minutes before I could even get the final OK to go to my room. It was very upsetting. We were late for the event that we were supposed to be at because of the whole issue with the booking, so I was pretty upset with the help that I was given at the front desk.
