Felt safe Rooms smelled HORRIBLE! Like mold or feet. It was terrible! Even after spraying lysol everywhere, it smelled very bad. The beds were worn and too soft. The pillows were all too soft. NO SUPPORT. We asked for pillows that were more firm, but they did not have them. We could not sleep well, due to this. We woke up with back pain, every morning. Its too bad, it definitely had potential.

At check in Ana was awesome..She was very friendly and got me the room I wanted (the first floor). The hotel was exceptionaly clean . It was close to several eating places with a movie theater walking distance from the hotel....Will definitly stay here again

Facility is superb! Location is phenomenal! Parking can be a bit tricky at night, but there's a free parking garage right across from the hotel if their lot is full.

This is great hotel off of the HWY and great staff in The Woodlands area....Stay here all of the time and always a great hotel experience with very nice staff and always clean....

Clean and quiet hotel. Very nice pool, and the staff is top notch. My usual room was taken, so I had to settle for a different room.

Great location! My husband and I were trying to find something simple for a weekend getaway. This was perfect in so many ways. We were able to relax in our room or enjoy the pool. The best part was being able to play games at Dave&Busters, watch a movie at AMC or pick a place to eat without having to drive anywhere! Let not forget to mention the staff was was awesome as well. We are already looking to see when we can go back.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very nice and clean and the location was good. The room was roomy and nice except for at first it had a funky smell in the room and we found a dead roach on the floor. The bed was comfortable and pillows were okay. There was a free breakfast but it was rather disappointing. Besides all of this, we had a good stay.
