The staff was friendly and made an effort to communicate with me in English a little. In addition, they refunded me my unused nights without me having to ask.. The pictures showed some better facilities. The room is small, has no refrigerator, the shower ran out of hot water pretty quickly, and it's an uncomfortable spring bed that you get. The area outside is fine but it smells like cigarettes and seems unwelcoming compared to the rest of Shenzhen.

It was much over our expectation with the money we pay. The staff could hardly speak English but they are kind and helpful to use software to commnunicate with us. It is an old hotel from the 1990's but really it is not bad for your stay
