Good service & clean - Staff are all nice and helpful. Rooms and the hotel areas are clean. The hotel is renovated modernly and it’s still new. Convenient - - Though the hotel is not close to the subway station, it’s close to a shopping mall (5 min walk) for entertainment and food. If I need to stay in Bao’an area next time , I will stay in this hotel again! The only thing is the pillows - they are a bit soft. My husband and I couldn’t really sleep tight throughout the night.

Really anxious about booking this as little reviews but glad I did. Very clean and new, nice facilities in the room and out. Staff are trying their best to be as friendly and helpful. Bed extremely comfy. Not the best location for foreign travellers looking to eat out and have a drink with either western bars/foods or even local eateries.

The hotel is nice and it offers amazing value for money. The breakfast was good, with international options. The staff was friendly, and I really have to give a special mention to a really tall girl (don't know her name) working at the hotel, she's always smiling and sending out good vibes. Surely be back the next time I will be in SZ. Maybe the gym facility... although it is quite nice and accessible 24h, let's just say the treadmill was not the most stable I ever encountered. Aside from this, nothing relevant here.
