Breakfast was lovely, extensive and in a lovely setting. Staff were very kind. I really appreciate all of the small high quality details such as Le Labo products in the toilets, the dyson hair dryer etc. Attention to detail is always appreciated.

It’s very modern. Breakfast and location are good. But there are so many other hotels around. This hotel doesn’t worth the price at all! We had to wait for 30 mins for the room to be ready (we arrived on time at 3pm check in time). Then waited another 30 mins for the suitcase to be in the room. We wasted 1 whole hour for nothing when we first arrived, and our 3 yrs old daugher had to wait around with us! It’s terrible! You have to wear a swimming hat/cap to the swimming pool. The staff claimed it’s the policy of Shenzhen Official (she said all Shenzhen hotels have this requirement). We had to buy the cap from them for $99 rmb each hat. And the hat is only $25 rmb on taobao. What a joke! The indoor water pool was cold as well (in April), we didn’t even stay for long. Terrible WiFi! Most of the time doesn’t work! We stayed for 3 nights, we had some fruits (grapes) in the room on the first day, then the rest of the time there were nothing! Very inconsistent!

Sauna, room is big enough and clean, nice Skyview and thanks for hotel to send us a cake, snacks and fruit. Lighting is not bright enough especially at guest rooms floor long corridor, feel like get in the haunted house and sleepy. No couches at the hotel lobby around check in counter seems the couches share with the lobby lounge, so feel like we cannot sit there to wait friends , the staff would ask what I can help for you or are you going to dine at there when I try to sit at there. High deposit....stayed 2 nights but hotel on hold on top 2 nights deposit, so on hold 4 nights fee deposit when check in, I never experienced about this even i stayed at 5 or 6 stars hotel in other countries. Overall, doesn't like hotel design and their charge deposit policy.
