Rooms were good and clean, location is comfortable, staff were reasonable, Horizon Club was a disappointment, 1st time I have seen that a 5 Star hotel Club lounge says that they dont have any more noodles to cook, My Wife and me were there for dinner and we requested to prepare noodles and we got a shock of life when the Hotel staff informed that they cannot serve as noodles are over. And it was not that we ordered after their scheduled working time. Not sure why I spent extra money and choose for a Horizon Club access.

Excellent location: right in the center of Shenzhen. Close to Futian train station. The room was quiet and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was great. The curtain couldn't blackout all light. They leak on top and bottom. Not best for sleep quality for those are sensitive to light.

The location was excellent—very close to the exhibition center, as well as great restaurants and a shopping mall. Every evening, I could enjoy beautiful light shows through the window, which was a lovely touch. The room was very spacious and was tastefully furnished. I especially loved the wardrobe—it was fantastic and very well designed. The staff were very helpful, always smiling, and the hospitality was great overall. However, some staff members did not speak English, which was a bit challenging at times. Additionally, the food service in the lobby area was rather slow.

Nice and friendly staff, very clean. Despite being an international hotel, the staff doesn’t really speak English and the location is good if you have an event in the exhibition center but not to go around the city

Clean and very comfortable. We have enjoyed the stay so much that selected the Shangri-La hotel in Shanghai as well. Very very nice selection of food for every taste. The atmosphere was fantastic
