location, good breakfast long check-in. size of the room ( in the description of our twin room it was 35sqm, but in fact not more than 25, incl bathroom).

The staff were all super sweet and helpful! The rooms were very spacious and clean. My kids loved the delivery robot but most of all, the kindness of the people! It is also in the perfect location with many things around!

location, breakfast, parrots in the lobby I was staying in the hotel not for the first time. usually I have booked the double room, which more than satisfied my demands and even exceeded them. this time ordered the twin room I was sure that the space would be the same like indicated on the booking.com (35 sqm), but in fact the room was not more than 25sqm and what was not so comfortable for 2 people, I have asked to show me other twin rooms but all were similar in size.

Close to metro, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good. The bathroom floor was dirty, always had hairs from mop used. Very warm rooms that temperature cannot be adjusted. Dim lighting.

Local food smell in hotel, may be its normal for locals. The breakfast selection is mostly Asian. Customers who prefer European food might find it challenging

The hotel is located in an excellent area. There are many shops, restaurants and a big park next to it. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The elevators were divided into two: ones for higher floors and ones for lower floors. Since there were 19 of us,, we were scattered all over. When I booked, I requested that the 9 rooms be close together. However, some relatives were placed in the lower floors, which made it difficult for them to come visit us in our rooms on the higher floor. Also, I booked a suite so our relatives can gather to chat. However, the bedroom was large but the living room was small, which made no sense.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. The door to our room was broken, and the air conditioner was outdated and did not cool the room properly. The breakfast was truly poor. The food was not replenished, the variety was limited, and 90% of the items catered to Chinese guests rather than international visitors. The staff did not know English, and even the reception staff had very limited English skills.

Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Very close to the mall with access to shopping and good food. Also, good food options at hotel breakfast buffet. There was a little bit of water leak from the shower.
