The hotel was generally nice, and had a nice atmosphere with classical music playing around the lobby and the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaners were very good. This is a 4 star hotel, not 5. The gym does not qualify as a real gym, and is more like a fitness room. The breakfast was okay with toast, butter, jam, other bakery items, some cereals, cold milk, fruit, and a wide variety of Chinese food and dishes, but I didn't think it was worth what they charged. The dinner wasn't very good and was incredibly expensive, even with a 10% service charge added to the bill, which the staff seemed embarrassed about when they explained it to us.

Very convenient as my office is only walking distance away, that is the main reason for choosing this property. Breakfast options are more concentrated towards local taste and not many international dishes are available. Language is another important factor, conversation is possible mainly through translation APP.

Very comfortable from the point of view services for the guests. Overall, the hotel is good but not 5 stars. . Staff hardly ever knows the English language. It takes 20-30 minutes to explain them smth.

good location facilities in the room are fairly old, especially the bathroom. The restaurant on the 3rd floor charges a fixed fee for tea for each person, which is ridiculous

hotel is good, very comfy bed, service is great. facility is quite new. breakfirst is chinese style, not a lot of international food variety taxi booking is very efficient only bitter point was the young boy at reception for checkout. Not efficient at all and doesnt listen to my simple request : invoice for the stay... leaves last bad memory
