The staff were incredible! From the front desk to the manager of R-Bar, they were always attentive. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable when we chose to have a day in. Breakfast spread was good with local and international options...although I would have liked stronger coffee haha. The location is directly next to many eateries and Metro station so its superbly convenient to get anywhere. The pillow. A bit too soft. And for the week that we were there, the lift was quite the challenge because we had to take the lift UP to the 57th floor (lobby) first then take another lift DOWN to our room. Haha. We found that quite funny but the views up there and even in our rooms were breathtaking!
