the location is quiet and nice like a retreat, it is what im looking for if you want to stay away from busy city life. theres a 24/7 familymart convenience store inside the building, a pleasant surprise. the window frames and bed frames were dusty, they only clean where you can see it. the space beside the sink in bathroom had a lot of marks from previous users. also, the photos did not match the description of the rooms. for example, the studio with mountain view shows that the bathroom tub has mountain view, but actually, thats the premium room and you need to add extra 300RMB for that, the other rooms the toilet and bathtub is has no views. i realised they upload the same photos for all the room types with mountain view, which is a bit misleading.

The manager of Frank is very kind and friendly. His services are excellent. He was on holiday but he still arranged my check-in very smoothly. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. My family and I must come back again. The breakfast is too less food and the refill is very slow even no any more.

Serenity. It’s on half hill, away from the city, quiet and nice. Rooms are clean, bed was comfy, everything was just good. Restaurant for breakfast was a little small.

The lobby, the gardens Pool was shut. Breakfast variety was poor.

The staff are excellent and the rooms are extremely comfortable. There are not shops or amenities around the area but the views of the mountain and City are amazing.

Although the pool was great ! They could work on their breakfast buffet and add currency exchange services. The staff were great, the hotel was clean, well designed, overall great experience

Because of the Ching Ming Festival, the hotel shuttle bus driver was on holiday. But there was heavy raining and my mother was very old. Their manager of Frank is very kind and also very good services who drive the car for us to go down to the Shenzhen city. All staff are also very friendly.

The breakfast is not too many foods to choose. The location of the hotel is very quiet. The overall is comfortable.
