the breakfast had good variety and quality good. did had a hearty meal. happily surprised there was supper provided although not much variety and Porridge should be hotter. Overall still acceptable and good especially when the location is right where all the shopping streets are. all was acceptable.

The only thing I don’t like is the hallway smell smoke all the times even my room can smell the smoke too This is a non smoking hotel I think they should control and make sure no one smoking in the public area

facility is wonderful; front desk staff is very helpful; robot service is convenience the road condition from the metro to the property is not ideal but that's beyond the hotel

I arrived there with a bad flu. One of the staff there, a sweet and kind young woman, noticed my illness and brought me hot ginger tea!!!! Melted my heart with kindness and I will never forget that gesture of kindness. I will book there at every opportunity in the future. The facility is amazing!

Room was very comfortable, and had a plush feel which was very positive. There could be more seating in the lobby area. Toilets in the lobby area was not so nice.

Good location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel lobby is very nice and has a great view of the district. Taxi's go from right outside the building and there is a shopping area opposite which is really handy. The window in my room didn't shut properly so I got eaten alive by mosquitos in the night. I told the staff and they were really nice about it and swapped my room but the second room's window also did not close so I had to stuff the gaps with tissue paper in the end to try and stop the mosquitos coming in. Not the staff's fault but it was a bit annoying as it also meant noise came in the room from the busy street outside.

The best breakfast for the value. Every day has different menus. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Staffs are the best.
