Poor English of the stuff.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times now. It is conventiently located between Dongguan and Shenzhen. The mall across the street offers anything you could possible miss in the hotel. The swimming pool is opened from 10.00 to 18.00. I would like to have a swim in the evening after a long day of work.

-Friendly staff -Some staff speak a little English -Across the street from Mission Hills Mall -Solid live performances in the cafe -Good reasonably priced food for a hotel -You can borrow a high end guitar and amp for a 3000 RMB deposit -The gym is better than most hotel gyms (barbels go up to 22kg) -Deposits were returned within a minute after checking out. -As a family friendly hotel, be prepared for feral children screaming and running up and down the halls at all hours -Every spot in the hotel is open to children, including the private lounges. While parents play on their phones, their ignored children will climb on chairs at your table and will touch your food. -I had to step over a toddler lying on the floor during checkout. His father was playing on his phone and didn't notice. -The pool is only open from 10:00-19:00, and is packed with unobserved children. -The elevators are not capable of serving the hotel during peak times (I waited over 10 minutes to get one that wasn't packed with people). -The halls reek of cigarette smoke, as people openly smoke in the hallways. The staff will clear the smokers out if requested. -Don't purchase anything at the gift shop. Get it on Taobao for 1/10 the price. -The internet was incredibly slow. Most searches just timed out.

Fabulous hotel! I loved it! After this experience I will always search for Hard Rock during my travels if available. The rooms are marvelous, the huge bathroom with huge round bath, wow. The corridors are great, the lifts, everywhere you feel like a pop star, haha. Services of first class.

Like the room, the decor, the breakfast, the room was comfortable. Staff in the Hard Rock Cafe were not helpful. We were given complementary coupons for food and drinks which were not explained and we were left confused as to what was actually was complementary. When the food arrived it was very poor. We had told the hotel in advance that it was our anniversary.... if these complementary tickets were a gesture of good will ....there are better ways to do.... a wine or fruit in the room or happy hour standard drinks. This was not good PR for the hotel.

The location was good because outside of the centre of Shenzhen. Easy to get there on the Metro, Line 4. It’s not that I didn’t like it, I just found it strange that reception was on the 5th floor.

We booked a suite and it was excellent. The view, the decoration, the size of the room. Breakfast was very good as well. The room we booked was supposed to have access to the executive lounge, but there wasn’t much happening there, maybe it was closed. They offered us a daily happy hour treat at the hard rock cafe on 1st floor instead. There was a second toilet in the suite, but it didn’t have towels nor soap. The requirement to wear a swimming cap to access the swimming pool is completely unnecessary

The guitars are nice everywhere. The location is very good The breakfast is absolutely not suitable for the western people. The hard rock international cuisine is not good enough.
