The breakfast was very good, and I really enjoyed the nice, clean, and friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. Thank you to your team for providing such a welcoming environment. I recently stayed at your hotel, which I understand is rated as five stars. However, during my stay there were no complimentary drinks provided in the room, unlike other five-star hotels I have stayed at before. I was quite surprised by this and wanted to check whether this was an oversight, or if your hotel does not provide in-room beverages as part of the standard service. Thank you for looking into this for me.

It’s extremely well located in the EAST area Maybe I miss having a small spa with steam bath or sauna in the hotel

Location is nice as it is one subway stop from Luohu border. The staff was helpful particularly Gloria at the front desk which helped us a lot. She gave us excellent personal attention. We have stayed here a few times and keep coming back. A bit busy at breakfast since it is public holiday (first week of October)

There was this one night where the next room had people partying till 3am which made the experience not as pleasant from lack of rest

I did not have the breakfast, as I like to eat the breakfast in Lowu Commercial City. I was sad that I had to ask the staff for my yoga ball (forgotten on the previous weekend). They should have made a memo under my name and given it to me when I checked in.

If you need to travel to Futian then it takes 30 minutes.

Location convenient as close to subway station. Also big shopping mall close by, and lots of eateries. Breakfast is excellent. Walk out at night and there is lots of buzz in the neighborhood (in a good way), around the shopping mall. Also close to Luohu border. Please note that this location is far from "downtown" business area (which is Futian). No indoor swimming pool.

Loved that the breakfast was on the 50 floor on the weekends. Suites were nice and big. Some rooms might need a little upgrade.

I have book this hotel on booking.com for my all family members in total 5 adults ( including breakfast) but I behalf to my family (5 members) booked this hotel under my name for 2 rooms,, when we check in the receptionist then the receptionist said to me that “ only the name (1 person) who is behalf booked just can have the breakfast only and the other should be pay if they want to have the breakfast ?? It’s very unreasonable and dishonest,, The room is average clean ,,never back this hotel again
