When I made a reservation on the Booking website, they said that I didn't need to pay for the hotel in advance, and when I checked in, they charged me more than the price confirmed on Booking. There was a discrepancy between the price of the hotel on Booking and the price I paid when I arrived. Also, the female employee who checked us in at the hotel was very rude and didn't answer our questions or provide any explanations. She didn't apologize for her rude behavior towards us. I am very dissatisfied with this hotel. They charged me more when I arrived than I booked on the booking site and the staff is very rude!

Excellent hotel with a high level of service. The staff are very attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfasts are very good and offer a wide variety of options — everything is fresh and delicious, with both Western and Asian choices available. The location is also great. There is a large shopping mall nearby where you can find everything from restaurants and cafés to a wide range of well-known brands. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn’t particularly like is that the hotel feels a bit dated, with interiors and design that reflect an early 2000s style. However, this is just my personal opinion. Overall, the hotel is still luxurious and offers a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic location right downtown 5 minute walk to the convention center, which is where our event was. In case of rain, you can get there through underground tunnels. Staff was fantastic, and extremely accommodating. Front desk staff spoke great English. Breakfast had a lot of western options and local tropical fruit. Room was well appointed. We stayed for 11 nights. Overall such a great stay! I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Nothing!

Location is about 10 mins walk to the exhibition centre. The hotel is also connected underground to the metro and various shopping malls to help avoid summer heat.

All good Bar must close at least at 2:00 instead of 1:00.

The room given to us faced part of the swimming pool but the other side was the water towers. Street views were more preferred. Sound from the adjacent room was so loud in the morning. Don't know whether it was due to the visitors or the staff making the bed and stuff.
