Located close to shimla old bus stand. Comfy room size and friendly staff who are always ready to help Water shortage was there and we didnt get any water till 4am . Second visit there was a problem with laundry so we did not get fresh towels

The staff was very helpful. We had adjoining rooms as requested. The bedsheets were clean. It is near to the Old Bus Stand, but the website does not mention of the climb one has to do to reach the hotel. The deluxe room size was smaller than expected. There was no exhaust fan in room 206 and that created a stuffy and stinky atmosphere.

Staff was very courteous, they went their distance to keep us comfortable with the limited facilities they had. The location is shown as very close to old bus stand, however its a steep climb and a walk for 5-10 mins, its not on the main road. Bathroom did have hot water facility but showers were not working Its overpriced for its facilities and location

The location was very bad, it's in middle of sabji mandi. You can't even walk on road. The rooms are very small in size, even the bed is not up to the mark.
