Managment extremely poor . Only restaurant staff was good and GM also nice person and know how can treat with guests. Don’t expect brand sterling run there property like this

nothing....no facilities. It's not a resort. Do not even have thier own lift and parking for private vehicle. Not at all recommended of you are traveling with senior citizen. They do not provide staff to carry your luggage while Check in and check out. The inconvenience caused due to lack of basic facilities like lift, parking, break fast quality and bad behavior of their staff.

It’s proximity to Mall Road It is very unorganised. No views from the room. Receptionist very small, no fun activities, buffet dinner was not there. It gave the feeling of some low grade hotel

Location Its expensive than other hotels. They don’t even have any rooms or suite with view and charge too much for them which according to me is not worth it. Room service took too much time for the order you have to wait for like 1hr for a cup of tea.
