Hospitality is outstanding. The staff is very polite, super helpful, and helped us with services like room service Dinner, early morning tea, free drinking water bottles, cloak room etc. The location is close to mall road which is good. Price is very affordable for a triple room. One of the few properties in Shimla to allow 3 adults in one room. Facilities could be better, like an electric kettle could be provided. Room was very cramped and a little damp because of small size although it was clean. The location is near High court, hence taxi can not go right up to hotel, so elderly people will find it difficult to walk uphill to hotel with luggage. Food was moderate, not excellent as the high price would make you expect. There was a leaky tap in bathroom, but rest was okay. There was no view from the window, and no balcony.

One of staff members was good & polite They allotted different inferior / small room than which was booked .The booked room was already allotted to different customer .asked for some discount for this but was denied .at the last moment was not possible to change the hotel We were about 80 years old
