The check-in process was seamless and highly convenient due to the web check-in feature, and the staff members were exceptionally proactive and helpful. Additionally, the in-house dining was fresh and of excellent quality, and the location offered convenient access to public transport. The room experience was a bit disappointing as it lacked sufficient space for luggage, lacked a functional work desk, and did not quite match the online photos. Furthermore, I experienced unstable Wi-Fi connections, weak noise insulation, and noticed a few minor cleanliness spots on the walls and under the bed.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions of shimla. Basic amenities are not at all satisfactory. Simple things like hot water and the ac were not functioning properly and its control was with the staff who used them very sparingly which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Wifi was not available in our room. The utensils were not clean The staff is polite enough and the hotel is located adjacent to a good cafe with good live music everyday. It was an okayish stay but definitely not worth the price.
