Everything was exceptional

The pillows made of plastic balls were really uncomfortable for all the guests in the room

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff helped navigate during a typhoon. Know the area well and made great suggestions. It’s a bit far from the station but worth the walk.

- Great value - Nice staff - Fantastic location I would give this place 10 out of 10 if not for the slight cigarette scent. It was a non-smoking room, but obviously, a guest decided to break the rules which is not clearly not the fault of the hotel. Luckily, it was a very slight smell. For this reason, I would still return to this lovely hotel.

The place is pretty clean and the location amazing, close to everything in the city. Was very convenient, also the staff incredible, I forgot something and less than two days after they mailed it back for me.

The location was a short walk from the station. The front staff was very friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean with a nice shower. Exactly what I was looking for at the price point, and with lots of coffee shops + convenience stores nearby.

Breakfast was average Location was great and not too far from JR station The staff was excellent We like the complementary drinks O den clean and hot I was very satisfied with just one person in the room Some of the rooms stood face a wall, which is not good I like the complementary hygiene supplies

Bed was very comfortable, staff was very helpful with shipping my luggage to another hotel, a lot of amenities you're able to get downstairs and even from the staff as well (though I only got myself tea and sugar) and a lot of different choices when you're able to get breakfast! The TV also have streaming options like Netflix & Youtube so you can watch your shows and the walls was sound proof and you have a lot of restaurants nearby that you can try out which weren't too busy as well. For the price I got incl breakfast, it was worth staying 4 nights here! The lights were either very bright or too dim, but that's about it

The breakfast was so delicious and I loved the room. The bathtub was awesome and big. Staff was nice and welcoming too. I would go back for sure! I liked everything.

It has a good location, the staff was very friendly, they have a lot of free amenities, the room was comfortable and it had pajamas. It was a good choice.

Location Japan has a well-earned reputation for hospitality and attention to guest comfort. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was a rare exception. During my stay the room was extremely hot and lacked proper airflow. Because guests are not allowed to open the windows themselves for “safety reasons,” I repeatedly requested that staff open the window for ventilation. This request was made at the front desk and again through the booking platform. Although the staff were consistently polite in their denials, the issue remained unresolved for my entire stay. Rather than simply addressing a basic comfort request, the situation was repeatedly redirected back to me through messages and instructions to return to the front desk to arrange a time where I was continually denied. What should have been a simple matter became an unnecessarily prolonged issue, leaving the room uncomfortably hot for several days. The room itself was acceptable until cleaning day, but the experience demonstrated a surprising lack of initiative and problem-solving from the front desk. When my room was cleaned the garbage bag was not replaced. The cleaning staff said ‘No’ and I went back to my room only to let the garbage pile up until my checkout. Japan is known worldwide for its hospitality standards. Unfortunately, this stay did not reflect the level of service that travelers typically expect when visiting the country.

Streets nearby don't get as busy given the closeness to the station.

We had a wonderful stay here. Love the breakfast which is a sumptuous spread of local delights such as oden, yakisoba, dango, etc. It’s not complimentary but it’s great value for money. Many thanks to the staff for going the extra mile in helping us with the luggage forwarding service and sorting out the logistical details. The many complimentary toiletries were also a great bonus. Nothing.

Very clean.

The rooms were decent size. We liked the most the Japanese bath on entertainment floor. Really relaxing. The breakfast was also rich and tasty. And location is in the center also a big plus.

The elevators to the room did not have a security feature of scanning your room key first. So anyone off the street can enter the hotel and the floors. breakfast options were limited and can get busy.

Onsen and breakfast buffet were great Staff was nice but could be more professional . Very noisy person in the floor above me - difficult to sleep .
