This was a great location near the train station and city center, most everything was in walking distance. Pillow bar was very useful. Beds were rock hard, elevator stopped on floor two always even if nobody was going there.

Very good breakfast and happy hour drink was a bonus. The housekeeping staff are outstanding.

Their breakfast catering was astonishing with an amazing selection of iconic local dishes-They were all freshly cooked and served, we absolutely loved the lovely food! The bathroom in our room had some visible hairs and dust on the floor. The bedroom wall had a brown liquid stain on it seemed something that could be removed if we scrubbed with alcohol wipe.

The room was a standard Japanese hotel room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and memorable.

Very clean. The kids loved picking their pillows. Staff very polite and helpful. Great location in middle of city and close to train station, and incredible value. Can't think of anything bad to say.

Breakfast was good. However, I did not have the time and appetite to enjoy the food as I was going for the Shizuoka Marathon that morning, will enjoy the breakfast next time.
