It’s a good place to stay no iron no ironing board no hair dryer in the bathroom looks like it’s still being redone so it still needs work.

The property wasn’t like on the pictures. The room was dirty and the young lady at the front desk was very very rude. I got there about 11 pm. She told me that I had ordered that typical room. And I didn’t.

Nothing Horrible experience from start to finish. From the moment we drove in the property. First thing we experienced were construction workers in their truck smoking weed. Construction containers and vehicles all over the parking lot due to the construction happening inside the property, which was not mentioned on the we site anywhere. The woman at the desk was on the phone when I walked to the counter and only set her phone down on the counter and asked the person that she was talking to to “hold on”. She checked us in and gave us the key, we went up to the room and were shocked to see the bed looked like someone had taken a nap in it. There were stains on the sheets. We got in the elevator to go back to the lobby for another room, and the elevator felt like it was going to free fall back to the first floor. I mentioned the elevator to the front desk woman and she said, “they have a prat on order for it. I wouldn’t take the elevator either.” Her attitude was horrible. No apology offered for the inconvenience…nothing. When I expressed my displeasure with the service that we had received she literally laughed. I can honestly say that this was the absolute worst experience we have ever had with accommodations on Booking.com. This property should be added to everyone’s black list.

I liked the breakfast but wished they served bacon some mornings.

The only issue was the elevator which was making strange noises when getting to to the first floor.

Chair in room missing wheel. I almost fell over while attempting to sit down. Shrubs overgrown in parking lot. Landscape poorly maintained. Elevator dropped about a foot before door opened. Bad optics.

first room were given Air Condition wasn’t working water all on the floor from the air condition. It was very hot in that room. They change our room. They never cleaned the room the whole time we stayed there to four days. They only changed towels and empty trash. it was very filthy. I will not stay there anymore. even the hallways were all dirty and nasty.

There was some obvious construction going on which is not an issue at all. However, when we arrived and got checked in we were located on the third floor. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana, and it was so strong that it made our heads hurt. We get on the elevator and it can only be described as a death trap. My wife is in the third trimester, and we were in town for my heart procedure and I was explicitly told to avoid stairs so we unfortunately had to take the elevator every time. The room could only be described as least amount of effort put into interior design as possible. There were hooks on the wall where a mirror or painting was and isn’t anymore. The lamps had no light bulbs, and there were stains on my wife’s pillow case. It smelled like urine, bleach, and marijuana. There was also a neighbor who kept his room open while playing music. We will likely never be back to this hotel.

Spent 4 days there.Room was clean once.Also never pick up towels nor brought clean ones.Had to go to front desk an ask for towels an toilet paper.Staff was nice an when ask for towels an tissues it was given to me.Also I had to put dirty towels an trash outside door due to room not been cleaned

We had a great stay in spite of the renovations going on. Our room was wonderful and the staff was very helpful.
