Hampton Inn Shreveport Airport

Breakfast was excellent.

We were not informed that the entire 1st floor, the entry way. the desk. and the breakfast and family area were under construction, and had dust everywhere.

The reason I booked this hotel was because my son was having surgery the next day, and it stated it had a pool and gym upon entry into the hotel. The place was being constructed and was never advised when checking in that the pool and gym were unable to be used. One night of stay was pretty expensive for now. I’m being able to accommodate all our needs.

IT WAS GREAT I STAYED AT IT SEVERAL TIMES.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The property is undergoing a lot of changes which will be great once finished. Due to this, some things like gym are unavailable. Our room was amazing, handicap accessible. Good shower and easy to get in. Breakfast was good. We’d stay again.

Clean and nice staff Construction and the pool wasn’t open

The property is being renovated and they have done an excellent job in the areas that have been completed. The on duty staff was not warm and welcoming. Fortunately, I brought my own shampoo but the hotel shampoo bottle was empty and there were black hairs in the shower - I am a blonde. The complimentary breakfast was VERY limited - no yogurt, no fruit.

The elevator was very sketchy. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. They didn’t really act like they cared much about their job. They are doing construction so laundry and is closed

Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Room was clean and comfortable but water was turned off around midnight without warning due to renovation work but not back on until around 9:00am. Staff said it was the city doing work but it appeared to be due to renovation work onsite.
