Loved it Nothing

Front desk was exemplary with greetings and accommodations.

The room was OK, but not up to the same standards as other Hampden Inns we have stayed in. It's definitely due for some remodeling. We had lukewarm water for our showers. I reported it after the first day. Second day we had hot water. Third day back to lukewarm. I suspect the shower fixture was broken as it was very loose.

We chose this location for proximity to LSU Shreveport campus. It was quiet, clean, and close to restaurants. No complaints, although we prefer smaller pillows. Just personal preference.

The staff members Roy and Olay were okay. What we had to do like we were housekeeping and not customers.

The staff was pleasant and I appreciated the pet acceptance.

Breakfast was good and the very clean area, all the ladies at the Breakfast area were nice and helpful with anything needed, front desk service was great and rooms were clean very nice quiet stay

Location was great. There was a musky, moldy smell throughout the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The AC cooled the room in the summertime LA temps.

This hotel is very nice and tucked into part residential and part business depending on whether you get there from Youree or Bert Kouns. It is very conveniently located near great shopping and restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and we'll definitely stay again if the need arises.

It was the most amazing beautiful room that I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot because I traveled pipelining and this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed
