Location, near to many food shops A. Reception refused to acknowledge OYO offered rate of 100k rupiah for two persons. Insisted on normal 135k rate for one person. Extra for second person. And 50k for early check in. B Due to my outdated phone, needed help for Online check in of Air Asia flight. They simply refused to help nor lend their phones. This is due to their low level of literacy. Afraid of doing something not done before, in case I was cheating them .
