Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Location is great no noise, down town is just a short walk.

Price was good, and within walking distance to museum, Pub Street The dinner menu was limited, and rather typical hotel food. Drinks seemed watered - couldn't taste the alcohol.

Large pool, spacious indoors and outdoors, quiet location in greener areas, short walk to downtown. Large outdoor spaces could have some low maintenance but physical activities for families/individuals to enjoy e.g. chess board (large size on the floor), ball games, pingpong table, mini golf, sand box with toys etc.

Beautiful resort, very nice and stylish rooms, great swimming pool. The staff is very polite, friendly and well trained. They are always willing to help. We also got useful touristic information at the hotel desk and they organized tours for us (driver and guide). I would recommend adding some furnitures around the swimming pool as they were overused some days.

Walking distance to Pub Street and a few shops including a number of pharmacies and a nice grocery store for snaks, beer and wine. The pool was great. Nice and warm and great for cooling off and swimming laps. Good fitness room. No AC in the fitness room.

Rooms were very comfortable and the staff is five star. I stayed here in the off season and the restaurant had a limited menu. It may be time to start updating the facilities.

A beautiful old hotel. Lovely staff. Good location for walking around Siem Reap. Some facilities were not maintained well eg gym and spa. Gift shop in hotel was also closed.

Friendly attentive staff. The pool was a good size in nice surroundings. Beds were definitely a bit on the firm side.

The staff is highly attend and the service is definitely 5 stars. The outdoor facilities are nice but close at 19:00 (7PM) which is sad because enjoying a drink in the garden would be so nice in the evening. The rooms are dated but still in good shape, it could be improved by adding usb charging ports and slightly improving the bathrooms. (The shower is hanging at a height of 1,70m which is very low. Breakfast is good, however the dining experience is pretty basic (it’s good but I expect a bit more then croutons bacons onions and lettuce in a Caesar salad). Adding some chairs and a table on the balcony would be nice too. All this are small but necessary improvements, the building, furniture and installations are in excellent shape so it would make a big difference.

Fantastic hotel , great location , fantastic breakfast , fabulous swimming pool. Excellent and very willing staff. Also quite close to town or cheap tuk tuk ride. Will definitely recommend to others . We had a great room overlooking the swimming pool.
