Charming hotel with an interesting design, very close to main tourist areas but still relatively quiet. WiFi connection in the room was patchy.

Loved the design of the room. The only downside is there is no elevator.

Good location. Walking distance to eating places, supermarket around the corner. Pancakes and Cambodian breakfast (pork with rice) were tasty. Western breakfast (omelette) came with stale and mouldy bread both mornings. We told the staff working that morning about it, they spoke little English but they did give us new toast when we pointed out the mouldy bread. Cockroach and mosquitoes in the room. Difficult to unlock the door.

Beautiful design and Amazing service and staff! They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to provide whatever they could to make my stay more comfortable. (Thank you for providing the mosquito net, what a lovely gesture!) I'm being picky here, but the lighting in the bathroom is awful, can't see yourself in the mirror. The shower is extremely generous, I'd suggest to check for water consumption issues. The mattress was pretty bad, but they changed it after I mentioned it! Mosquito nets so e be great to have in the rooms, encourage people to use less the AC and enjoy the lovely Cambodian cool nights at this time of the year!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location as it is very close to restaurants and markets. Breakfast is only served from 8 am till 10 am, and they cannot pack you a takeaway breakfast before 8 am. As tours start in the early hours of the morning, you are then unable to get breakfast. However, they then arranged for a packed lunch on our return from our tours.

Had a great stay at Atelier in SR. Great location, strong WiFi, powerful AC, big balcony, and friendly staff. Phannya at the front desk was very professional and always helpful. My new favorite place in SR. The only negatives I can think of are the tiny ants in the desk area and a few mosquitos due to the plants and hotel theme.

Large spacious room. Seperate shower and toilet. Very friendly staff. Brilliant location in centre. Safety deposit box didn't work and could not get any channels to work on TV. These weren't major things but would have made it perfect.

Ideal location for pub street. Nice staff. Too many stairs. No lift. Our room was on the top floor. I have hip problems. Wish we'd have known this before booking. Rooms are a little tired. Quite noisy, as in the temple across the road played prayer music between 5am-7am. This only happened on one morning though. You could hear shop keepers opening up early.

Room clean enough, staff kind Expensive, no swimming pool, mosquitoes everywhere. We decided to move to another hotel with swimming pool amazing garden near the 7/11 for half price 20usd.
