Angkor Heart Bungalow

Loved the privacy with the trees around the bungalow, the private pool. We ate dinner and breakfast on our porch as they brought it and set it all up on white tablecloth. Such nice staff, gave us nice tshirts as we left too. We will come back next year for at least a month! There are no negatives, seriously.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the wonderful Minea! She was there for all our needs. Maymay, brought our breakfast every day. We were at this quiet bungalow for 6 days. We were introduced to our driver we used for the time there. There was a tuk tuk available anytime and anywhere we wanted to go. Clean bungalow, large area, large bed, individual pools. They can even serve dinner on your private balcony. The staff came and went doing their jobs quietly. Fresh water and fruit plate every afternoon for a refreshment. Its location feels secluded but minutes from many activities. Thank you for such a delightful stay. We will never forget you! Nothing

Ms. Mina and the entire team made our families stay genuinely memorable. Their hospitality was so warm and consistent that we chose to come back and stay on two separate occasions for extended periods, which says a lot about the level of comfort and trust they created. Great property with individual bungalows for a very private feel. Need to get rid of the roosters that roam the property and start crowing before the sun is up.

How private it is and comfortable

Our host was so kind and accommodating. Always making sure we were comfortable. She put a pillow topper on our mattress immediately after we mentioned it was too firm. She also arranged our sunrise tour for Angkor wat with a very experienced guide. Breakfast options are nice and we loved all the complimentary snack/fruit and ice coffee when we would return in the afternoon. It felt like a bed and breakfast with such amazing hospitality. Gave us a beautiful silk scarf when we departed. Thank you. Cute little bungalows more of a rustic style and the customer service was OUTSTANDING!!

The accommodations were so lovely. One of my favourite things was coming home from a day of temples and right away having water and fruit delivered to your porch. The mangos were delicious. The staff went above and beyond. My only feedback is the highway is close and you can hear it. But Anchor Wan is a busy city and I don't know if that's avoidable. It wouldn't stop me from booking again and recommending it to others.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Pools were clean, breakfast was excellent, served on our private deck. No complaints at all.

Very cool concept of having a modern take on a Bamboo Hut style bungalow. The lady taking care of the place was very kind and sweet. I was staying at the private side so we had our own pool! It’s a bit confusing when going to the resort because the private area is another 100m away from the location. The floors in the bungalow are a bit creaky and the beds are the not most comfortable but still good enough for the value you get considering the rest of the property.

Everything. Amazing hotel for couples and families. Spacious bungalow, comfortable beds, and a private terrace that made our mornings and evenings extra special. The room was spotless and well-equipped, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The service truly made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay.

A fabulous stay in Siem Reap!! The bungalow was clean, cool, and comfortable. The grounds were lovely, and after a day touring the incredible (but hot!) sites of Angkor, coming back to dip in the pool was refreshing. We were always greeted upon our return with a plate of fresh fruit and some small cookies. The food was delicious, the staff outstanding, and the location just a short tuk tuk ride from Pub Street. I am so glad we chose Angkor Heart Bungalow for our base in Siem Reap! Nothing...everything was lovely.

The property was so nice. I loved the seclusion with the trees. It made it cool and relaxing. The pool was so nice, it was so clean

The staff were always friendly and going out of their way. 1 - the breakfast was MEH. I considered booking another hotel the last few days just to get decent food. 2 - they offer 'free tuktuk ride' to night market but the driver would hound you for your return time. They will then charge you 2 USD. Guess what ? If you download a Grab app, going to the night market is 1 USD and coming back is 1 usd and you do not have to use cash. 3 - There is really no privacy there, no place to just be on your own. Nowhere else to go. I guess I expected a garden, a place besides your room to take a walk. 4 -If you consider it like a hostel - a place to just crash for the night then all is good.

This is a cute bungalow hotel, with an amazingly friendly staff. I love the location to Pub street, and they provide a Tuk Tuk to town. I love the fresh fruit and snacks provided when you return from your daily tours. We had lunch and breakfast here as well and the food was wonderful. The rooms are large, pool is very nice. Some rooms are close to the busy surrounding roads, so expect some road noise. Overall a great place to stay!!
