Big room, decent bed and pillows, good ac, nice big pool, very good breakfast. Good service The air was sometimes smokey due to outside burning. The gym was very limited.

Location was nice. There were so many mosquitoes in our rooms, the AC took a long while to cool off, and the breakfast wasn’t that great.

The rooms and public areas are very dated and tired looking, the whole hotel doesn't match the photos, pool was uninviting and the restaurant was a let down with unchanging breakfast and bland food with limited choice. Only the egg station was good. Not a great deal to do at Tanei, the gym had two old pieces of equipment including a running machine, and a few dumbbells.

I arrived at 21 very tired for a long trip. The owner told me there was an error in the price, and he let me stay only 1 night. I already paid my nights and was very wird.to listen this. I didn't feel welcomed at all in that place

Quiet. Staff kindly put us in a perfect spot, away from the pool. HUGE room. Very helpful. Nicely kept grounds and pool. Excellent location for us. Breakfast was not good, not bad. Just ok, they tried.

Had a wonderful experience, amazing facilities, pool, rooms, staff are super friendly, lovely breakfast, food and cocktails! Really amazing hotel, and we will definitely come back again. Thank you for everything ??

Close to the center of Siem Reep, but far enough to be a quiet place. Lovely pool and landscaping. Across the street from the Phare Circus, a live music show with extraordinary acrobatics and sly humor. Easy access to city center and Angkor Wat by tuk-tuk. Highlyrecommended. What's not to like? Perfect.

We loved the pool and restaurant. Our children enjoyed having their own bed. The family rooms with 3 beds were perfect. Resort is beautiful and decorated so nice. Staff were always available and ready to help. I was easily able to message the manger on booking.com or WhatsApp for any needs or concerns. He was so helpful and gave us many tips, including our options for getting the the border from Cambodia into Thailand. We did private car and then took the local train on the other side. Which was a fun experience we didn’t even know was an option. One day while we were out they put batteries in our tv streaming device. The drain wasn’t working on the tub one night and maintenance took care of it the following morning. One rainy afternoon a worker lent us an umbrella to get to our room. We had a wonderful stay! AC didn’t get extremely cool. It seemed there was a setting to only let it go so low. My husband had a couple cold showers. I’m not sure what happened because my showers and baths were always plenty warm. I’m sure if we had mentioned this to staff they would’ve check on them but they weren’t big issues to us.

I only stayed a night but the hotel was lovely. Easy and quick check in by a lovely lady on reception. The hotel was really quiet and the pool looked like a great way to relax after a day touring the sights. Location was central too.

Swiming pool is clean, the food at the restaurant better, i used to come every months at this resort and i can approuve it! Thanks for the staff also!
