The stay was exceptionally amazing! It was a well maintained property with very attentive and sweet staff members. Food, pool maintenance and room service was top notch. The property is very well maintained and cleaned. We got this at a reasonable rate and everyone in our group loved the stay!? Thank you Green Amazon Residence! Nothing!

Staff are attentive and friendly Food at the hotel well priced and delicious I really liked the old chef, his food was outstanding. The new chef, her food is tasty as well. The young man there works very hard to please and help you It’s a bit farther away from normal traffic but Mr Nara Meas ,a Tuk Tuk driver who hangs out there ,is cheap and outstanding and speaks English well. As does the front desk supervisor who is very accommodating So they get you to where you need to go

Great hotel, very clean, staff very friendly, affordable, great pool and beautiful rooms The spec from booking.com stated 7 km from the airport and Angkor Wat - in fact the airport has now been relocated and there is a brand new (huge) airport which is appox 1 hour in a taxi away (50km) and cost us 30 dollars each way in a cab

basically everything. Staff is freindly. The aircon is directly blowing on the bed. The swivel can not be adjusted properly. This is a total no go! Breakfast is ok, but not international standard Both are reasons not to go there anymore.

This is a new hotel, with lovely furnished rooms and a beautiful swimming pool. It is well located in a quiet area, but is only a short Tuk Tuk ride from the city centre. But the very best thing about this hotel are the staff, they are all wonderful, happy and helpful people. We could not have been hosted any better, we loved our stay, it was fantastic. We were in Cambodia for a month and this hotel was far and away the best we stayed in. We would highly recommend it. Nothing, it was perfect.

Very beautiful hotel, the cleanest where I have been in my 2 weeks in Cambodia, high standard of service and very friendly staff, especially Malish helps me a lot with my travelling issues and gave me lots of tips. Location is not in the city center, but its an advantage as in 5 minutes by tuktuk you could be in the Pub street. If I will travel to Cambodia again, this will be the hotel which I will choose. All was good

Fantastic place, welcoming and clean. Pool area was great and cheap food can be purchased there in addition to the free breakfast. It's quiet and just a short taxi outside of town, or a long walk if you prefer.

Amazing place to stay. It is on the outskirts which we wanted a quiet place to stay. Pool is lovely and clean Breakfast is very good Staff are extremely polite and helpful Perfect place to stay if you want to get away from the street noise Gym equipment needs updating

Everything was amazing. Nice pool, great breakfast and genuinely cheerful, kind staff. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful, it was lovely. Felt like i never needed to worry about anything and if there was any issue, staff would take care of it. The rooms were very clean and big. Beds comfortable. The bath was great! Felt so luxurious for such a low price. We ended up staying 3 nights extra because we didn't want to leave. The location is a bit far from the center. However we had a scooter and there are plenty of tuk tuks, which cost about 1 dollar to go into town. Actually the hotel was so nice we never even wanted to go into town anyway!

Very comfortable room, good beds and bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. Pool area was pretty. Breakfast was fine. Staff particularly helpful, with booking tours for us, and when an ATM stole our card one manager went to the bank himself to try to fix it. Mr Paul was always friendly and helpful and greeted us by name every time we went into reception, and when our A/C stopped he immediately came to fix it. Thank you for looking after us! No soap provided in the bathroom, and no mirror in the bedroom - these would be my suggested improvements. Pool towels not available when we went to the pool.

Very friendly staff including Lina on reception. Great food in the restaurant. Excellent swimming pool Nothing I didn't like, even the location was good for me as I didn't need to go to Siem Riep city centre

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great pool to swim. Big bedrooms and beds. The bed Was hard but staff organised a topper so I could sleep well. Quite location as it's not in the Center but in 5 minutes you can get to the Center.

The service here is super. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to siem reap. The staff is super helpful and always smiling. Mr. Paul made us feel very welcome and at home. Center is just a short tuktuk ride away for 1.5 dollar and always very quickly available. Room is nice with quiet AC and comfortable beds.
