The people make the place. Thank you so much for your friendly and attentive service. The Nature is a welcoming, peaceful hotel away from the tourist traps. Excellent food and wonderful pool and ambiance. Nothing!

The staff and manager are genuinely friendly and caring. I loved hanging out in the common areas and my room was a clean, peaceful, and relaxing respite from the tropical heat. The Nature's ethical and environmental business models are the main reason I chose the place and it certainly paid off. Stayed three nights and could have easily stayed much longer. Please do not leave without going in the pool. It's fantastic. Hey, and so is the food. Loved the welcome cinnamon juice drink (I want the recipe!). Honestly, I can't think of anything that I didn't like. The Nature is outstanding.

We stayed for 5 days. The place offers a calm and serene stay. The staffs are all friendly and professional. The food is great. My son loved the carbonara, fish and chips and chicken nuggets that are all home made and not store bought. The smoothies are great! Room is fantastic and they keep it clean the whole time! I just didn’t like the barefoot on the property rule as I have a very sensitive foot and I can feel even the dust. But it’s just me. The whole place is magical!

Clean, beautiful villa with a private pool, an amazing stone bathtub, driver available at all times, wonderful food, incredible service and hospitality. Just outside of the city, so peaceful. What an incredible place.

Gorgeous property, great value, luxurious room, accommodating staff. This was the best value for money i have ever experienced. Many friends who have stayed in the city center found it too noisy, which is a problem that this hotel on the outskirts does not have. Free rides into the city at any time.

What a gem of a place! We loved everything about this property from the rooms to the lovely garden and of course the highlight was the staff. All the ladies were so helpful and efficient, hats off to them! Also from the smaller details like the flower arrangement and table decor done during all the meals. It shows there is a lot of effort made by the owner and how tasteful the villa is.

Our favorite hotel on our tour through Southeast Asia. Incredible staff and facilities. Such a beautiful place. I will note that the hotel name on Booking does not match the name on Grab, nor the name on Google Maps, which made it extremely confusing to get there initially from the airport.

Like a jungle oasis in the desert. It is lovely, green, great pool, pretty rooms. The staff is super helpful. Good breakfast. It was so nice to be on the edge of town away from downtown -- quiet and peaceful.

Warm and cosy experience, friendly staff, excellent food

Everything. The staff are excellent. They are so welcoming, very attentive and cannot do enough for you. The pool area is a little haven of peace. Everything is very clean. The room is gorgeous and serviced daily. The food is very good, catering for western and local tastes. We liked the fact that it is out of town and quiet. There are tuk tuks based at the hotel. We used them for all our temple excursions and they were most helpful and obliging. I loved the cookery class which was carried out very professionally and I was made to feel at ease. Due to our evening departure we were allowed to keep our room for later than normal check out. Leaving.

I spent two nights here and enjoyed myself very much. I have stayed in big hotels in downtown Siem Reap and while they have their advantages, the quiet, intentional, thoughtful approach The Nature brings to accommodations was refreshing. The food was delicious, the room spacious and attractive -- the tub is eye catching! -- and the staff is beyond attentive. They have a training program to lift up young Cambodians, teach them about the hospitality industry and help them move toward a bright career. It shows. The Nature also take seriously its environmental impact, valuing and honoring Cambodian traditions, foods and culture and offers a number of fun activities, like complimentary high tea every afternoon, cooking classes and happy hour every evening. The common area is welcoming and peaceful. The pool is tranquil and beautiful, surrounded by trees with a jacuzzi at one end. I would note as an observation, not a criticism that if you are interested in spending your days walking around the sites of Siem Reap, this one may not be a perfect fit. It is maybe 2 km from the heart of night markets, boutiques and the like. The Nature will drive you into Siem Reap for free -- I think your return will cost about $1.50 USD -- and it is quite pleasant to walk in the somewhat less crowded area where The Nature is situated, but it is not super convenient to loads of touristy things. That was perfect for me. Nothing comes to mind.

Though it applies to everywhere in the country, and it’s hardly a unique complaint to the establishment: Expect insects outdoors and be sure to protect yourself from mosquitoes every day. They come out when it’s cloudy, and at night. If you ask hotel staff to set up repellant they will resolve it on your behalf.

Beautiful pool, amazing service, great food, lovely room.

A little away from city centre and there was a lot of communication problems as most of them could speak English
-
The staff were beyond excellent! They went out of their way to make everything comfortable and easy. I would give them 15 on a scale of 1 to 10! The bathroom had a bad aroma.

The place is beautiful and serene. The staff is exceptional. They do an afternoon tea hour, which is really nice to get local treats and relax by the pool. A special mention to our auto driver Mr. Duto, who drove us to the temples and market and was such a kind person to my young daughters. We had a wonderful stay here, highly recommended.

The property was genuinely serene! It had such a calming feel about it all. It felt modern and comfortable. The pool and pool area was always immaculately clean, as was the rest of the property. Beds were comfortable, AC and WiFi worked well. The highlight was the staff. They were so attentive, friendly and hospitable and helped with anything we needed. The location was not in downtown Siem Reap which was perfect for us; it was nice and quiet and the staff offers a free tuktuk into town each evening for dinner from 6pm-9pm. Also, calling a tuktuk was super cheap (less than 1 USD) so the location really was great for us as it was a straight shot to Angkor Wat. Highly recommend!

it’s a short 15 min tuk tuk away from the main city center, but it really embodied the feeling of being out in nature. it was quiet, relaxing. it really set the vibe. the staff were attentive and professional. everything was amazing.
