A lovely small hotel, a 5 minute tuktuk drive away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. Hak, the owner was so helpful arranging taxis. Room and pool area were very clean and well maintained. I had breakfast and supper there every day and would highly recommend. Overall a wonderful 3 night stay.

Mr. Hak was amazingly helpful and very accomodating. The bed I had in the room downstairs near the pool was so comfortable. The hotel is about 3km from the central area so it was quiet. There's a nice swimming pool but I recommend going there when the weather is hot as the water can be very cold. The fruits for breakfast were fresh and delicious but I wish it was more in volume. This may be a thing in Siem Reap (as other travellers mentioned it about their hotels as well), there wasn't hot water during the night time. During the day I could get hot water however.

Far away from everything. Staff is unfriendly. Pool is in reality very small and everywhere are shadows. Poor options for sit or relax in pool area, i didnt have a place there. Location is terrible, no restaurants, no groceries, only wild dogs. Impossible to walk. Pool and area all day in the shadows. Staff unfriendly. Breakfast very poor. I should have room with pool view, but i have view on the swamp.

The owner is amazing, he arranged for us tuktuks, scooter rentals, floating village tours and everything. Very helpful, very kind!! We paid in advance through booking. Breakfast is also available and cheap. The pool and yard are amazing! The location is peaceful (but not walking distance from city). Very good value for money, at least for our group. Even with the severe road flooding in the area we could access the property with tuktuks, so hard to tell why all the complaints.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with good wifi connection and a nice pool outside. Also, Hak was a super helpful owner! It is around 2-3 km away from the city so we had to order Grabs or take a motorbike, but it wasn’t such a big problem!

Mr. Hak is the heart and soul of this place. He makes sure all his guests feel welcome and right at home. His lovely wife cooks delicious meals and his boys and parents are always around and helping their share. It's truly a family affair. Hence, it's a perfect place for families (even with very young children) as they understand that kids want to jump in the pool and roam around. The rooms are very spacious, with ample living room, a terrace, separate wc and shower. They provide drinking water in a barrel for refill, that we found very eco-friendly. Laundry service the same day (1usd/kilo), nicely folded and freshly scented, a great service. The airport shuttle can be arranged, the new airport is very far from town, allow 1hour each way, 30 usd one way. The bill can be paid by creditcard (there is 3% surcharge. Cash can be got in atms in town but there is 5usd charge at each transaction). Well, as everyone says in their reviews, the location is really off. It's far, it's on bad (I mean bad) dirt roads, the tuktuk drivers from town do not know the place (though Grab works well, I recommend, it's cheaper and more efficient than hotel recommended taxis or town tuktuks). If you plan on visiting the temples, it takes 45+ minutes to get there. It is really far off. The thing noone mentioned and we found very hard on us, are the insects. The foliage in the hotel is beautiful but it comes at a price. Mosquitoes are in swarms and there are many spiders, indoors and outdoors. The first day we had at least 4 of them in our room. We requested a thorough housekeeping and it got better, but the first day or two were stressful (my daughter is allergic). The housekeeping is something to be improved altogether, it is not very thorough, even if requested (they don't mop floors or wipe the tables clean unless specifically asked to). And doesn't happen on Sundays. The price is fair, although the food (as tasty as it is) is a little pricey (for Cambodian standards) and smaller quantity than restaurants in town. In general, it's a good place to stay with children, because they do get a freedom to enjoy the pool in their ways (that's not granted in large boutique or chain hotels) but it comes with its drawbacks.

The staff, especially Hak were very friendly, caring and helpful. Room service was never a problem and always promptly. Nice trees and plants around the units. We did not get the room that we booked. We booked a downstairs pool facing balcony unit, with garden views. We got an upstairs room with a restaurant and street view. The room was dirty when we moved in, the room floor was very sandy. The toilet lid was broken. The water flow from the shower was very bad. Either freezing cold or boiling hot no water regulator.

Everything was great! Hak helped a lot (e.g. he helped order a tuk tuk and cars and pickuped me an my family at the airport.) The food was delecious :-) Hak can speak English, so the communication was easy. Very weak and slow internet connection.

Most things here deserve top rating, especially the friendly and helpful staff. The place is beautiful and clean. The food is good. The only drawback may be the distance from the center. To my taste, the mattress is a bit hard, but I think in Asia people tend to prefer harder mattresses than in the West, so it is probably the same in most other hotels in the area.

Everything was great. The owner is really helpful. I was enjoying staying here. Location is a bit outside from the centre (when I booked this hotel I was planning to rent a car). But in fact it’s not a big problem.

A really nice hotel, very friendly people The location is a little outside the center and there almost no shops / restaurants in de neighborhood
