Breakfast need to improve. Almost daily same menu, I had the same dishes for 3 days. You should consider to change more varieties. Daily same menu for breakfast

Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa in Siem Reap is an excellent choice in an area full of hotels. We stayed in a poolside room, which I highly recommend—the pool is truly the standout feature of the property. The breakfast selection was generous and delicious, and the staff and concierge were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed lunch and a complimentary beer by the pool, which made for a perfect break in the day. This resort delivered comfort, service, and great value. The only thing that could have made the stay even better is if the jacuzzi had actually been hot—it was unexpectedly cold.

The pool was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was well managed warm and fresh. The room sizes are ok, price depends on the sizes and the views. The main floor (lobby) has no air conditioning making visiting guests uncomfortable to stay for waiting. Only one key was given per room, usually two keys are given internationally. The bed has squeaky sounds. The breakfast menu must have variety of dishes.

Great check in, staff were really accomodating and friendly. We got the family room and it was comfortable with nice beds and showers. We got some welcome fruit which was nice. Pool area is really good, clean and spacious. Gym is a bit lacklustre (but that’s a hotel gym I guess). Location about 3km from the central street which was perfect for us as we didn’t wanna be right in the Center. Grab works perfectly to and from the hotel.

That was an incredible hotel. The administration is so kind and caring! We had amazing food, a great pool and a lot of smiles. My 7 years old daughter enjoyed every minute spent in this hotel. If you want to get the place, where you will want to come back - come here. -

The Property is Amazing. There was a pick up and only charged whilst checking out. The GM personality came down to see that I had a meal and had a breakfast ready for me before my travel for the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour which was really kind and wonderful. I really do appreciate the help. I also do appreciate Dara for picking me up from Royal Crown Hotel. 1. The Location 2. No Restaurant or Food Services as the location is at a remote place 3. No hotel ancillary services like Spa 4. The hotel needs to inform the guest in advance at the time of booking if no restaurant or services are available

rooms were satisfactory. pool was nice breakfast not many options - parking a nightmare and poor service checking out disorganized about booking in terms of value for money I would say we over paid about 500% because it was not high quality experience

The Breakfast was average but can be improve 1. Their is no any CNN, BBC, HBO, Fox, Discovery and other channels which suppose they mention have over 59 channels in their menu. 2. The shower water drainage was clogged so the water exit slowly which I already ask them repair on the 2nd day but still not fix after I check out. 3. I requested a late check out at 130pm as my flight is at 300pm but they cannot arrange and ask me check out at 12pm so I have to sit in the lobby for 1.5hrs waiting the airport shuttle. 4. 5 Star hotel did not accept AMEX card.

Not much to be honest just opened for Khmer new year and everything was not really arranged Didnt give me right rooms , didnt have restaurant open after 8.00 , no wine for order , nothing in the mini bar not Even Water .

The team was amazing, super kind! Our room was very clean. The space was great with work station, safe box, big bed and one good bathroom with bathtubs on it. we would strongly recommend you stay in Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa. Unfortunately due to COVID situation, the common areas of the hotel were kept without the lights on (for economic reasons) and the Spa was not operating. We sincerely hope that the situation get better for them, because they are very good professionals and deserve a better moment for the tourism in Siem Reap.
