Wi-Fi excellent. Breakfast buffet outstanding with Incredible selection of offerings. Our Villa was by the pool and absolutely gorgeous spacious comfortable and well appointed. Swimming pool area is huge and stunning and peaceful. Staff is very helpful with all questions. We ordered lunches and dinners and had them delivered to our room or to the pool side. Great value for the money all around! Good location easy to access various excursions. Property is a beautiful nature Oasis in the middle of a busy noisy hot town. Highly recommend staying here. It didn't matter how we angled the shower head or how strong we had the water flow. Water circled around the bathtub Edge and poured out through the glass sliding doors. We had to use three pool towels strategically placed along the edge of the bathtub and on the floor in order to absorb it all and prevent more from coming out. Very weird design. Menu selection from restaurant for lunch and dinner has some variety but not enough in my opinion.

Good breakfast and pool Hotel pictures need to be updated on Booking.com website to make sure you know what you are paying for. Floor condition is very bad. They have fixed few broken points with tape. It is very slippery. My 2 year old son slipped three times. I would not recommend if you are travelling with the family. It is not worth the money I have paid. It is far from city and private villas are far from the main entrance.

The experience with this hotel is great. Staff are nice n helpful, the environment is peace n clean very worth for Money. Breakfast also good. They upgrade the room and decorate for my honey moon trip for free. Really recommend to stay. No

Convenient location for my needs as I was attending a conference however it was out of the way for my family who wanted to be closer to the social centre. The resort is still in semi shut down following Covid. This means that not all facilities that are advertised are available. The bar only stocks beer and wine ( limited in choice) as well as an extremely limited room and pool service menu. Rooms were serviced daily, but still a lot of dust and overlooked issues such as not replacing handtowels. The property is in a state of disrepair and nothing is being done to fix things, such as broken tiles around the swimming pool which is quite dangerous and had one guest actually grazing his shin badly when he fell into the cavity. This resort has decided that it will make most of its money by catering for tour groups and hence focussed on catering for masses rather than making it an enjoyable stay for individuals as well.

Amazing pool and outdoor area. Very large and comfortable room. Lots of places to sit. Nice big buffet breakfast. Beautiful buildings. No vegetarian options in the restaurant at all (credit to the staff member who offered to cook us up something vegetarian). It seemed like only half of the place was open.

It's an absolutely gem of a hotel. Was actually speechless on my arrival. Gardens are spectacular. It feels if one is staying in a well-kept tropical forest, with wooden villas. The swimming is massive and kept clean. Rooms are massive with absolute privacy. Highly recommended.

Great room, big pool, decent breakfast buffet The resort still has not recovered from COVID and the on-site restaurants were not open for dinner (only room service), and the gym and spa had fallen into complete disrepair and were totally mouldy.

The staff is so polite and helpful. The resort is really big and well managed. Breakfast spread was lovely.

Seclusion of villa Had to walk quite a distance to the lobby and breakfast area.

Breakfast was decent with local fruits and breads, eggs and hot selection. The rooms were large with a large bed. Bathroom was dated but also adequate. Mosquitoes were a problem although there were mosquito screens available on the windows and patio door.
