The location and the friendly staff! We had to leave super early to see the sunrise, hotel staff packed our breakfast before we left. That was very sweet. Everything was perfect.

Rooms, hotel area, lobby, restaurant, breakfast area, pool: Everything was top-notch. The close distance to Angkor Wat make this hotel to a perfect hotel for visiting Angkor Wat. Also the city center is just a few minutes away, and there are TukTuks waiting at the hotel entrace to take you there (not expensive)

Loved this hotel and grounds and will return! It really lives up to its name - "palace." Just FYI - I stayed in different rooms in different parts of the Angkor Palace Resort & Spa (not Suite & Villa), even though this review will appear under the Suite & Villa, because the room was listed under Suite & Villa on booking.com. It was confusing to me, but staff said their online booking team is working on fixing it. Anyway, the rooms were great! The spa was running a special and was also great! The lobby area is majestic! Staff, including Nat who gave me a tour of the property, were all great! N/A

Angkor Palace is a wonderful place to stay in Siem Reap. It's an older style resort and this makes it very appealing to us as we have travelled to Asia frequently over the years and always enjoyed the ambience of a more traditional architecture in resorts. It's close to town (10-15mins in a Tuk Tuk, AU$2.50approx). The staff were very friendly and efficient and did their best to try and accommodate our needs and wants. The pools are fantastic!! Very clean. As we are daily swimmers, we found the rectangular pool terrific for doing our laps in each morning. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Ours overlooked the pool which was great. Breakfast was available in a restaurant next to a very large koi pool which made eating breakfast outside very enjoyable. Breakfast itself was a fairly extensive buffet but could have offered a couple more Asian-style dishes. If we go back to Siem Reap (which is a very nice little city with lots and lots of markets, restaurants and bars (see Pub Street) we would definitely stay at Angkor Palace again. Breakfast could have had a couple more Asian/Cambodian dishes but that is a very minor thing.

The long and beautiful driveway and the wide maharaja lobby are incredibly beautiful. the trail to the villas is lined with colorful hedges and small and big trees with gorgeous lilly ponds, serene and lovely. My villa was in the middle facing a long beautiful pool.

Beautiful well kept grounds. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. Two beautiful pools, one for swimming lengths and one for lounging. There were plenty of lingers and good towel services. The spa was spotless and the massage was very good. Hardwood floors make the lower rooms a little noisy specially when folks are getting up for the Angkor Wat sunrise tour. Pick a top floor room. The breakfast buffet was not that great. About half as good as the buffet we had in the previous resort in Hoi A Vietnam.

They had everything we needed for a family trip, two big swimming pools and playground. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast time when it was crowded. Entrance was hard to find following google map lol

Beautiful big hotel with two big beautiful swimming pools. The rooms are sparkling clean and comfortably designed. The staff and the management were very professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and it was great that it was unlimited a la carte. We were staying during the low seasons, so practically nobody was staying at this big hotel. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. Nothing

Great staff, very good food, both breakfast and restaurant with good choices. The hotel staff also arranged promptly a tour guide and transport for our visits to the Angkor temples. Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommended. Nothing.
