Room, pool, restaurant, staff, cleanliness, room service. I liked everything. We loved it really. There was nothing we didn't like.

The service provided, the hospitality was just great The breakfast could have been a buffet which would be really convenient to guests staying.

Everything was great ;)

The staff upon arrival greeted us like VIPs. We reserved the suite with private pool and it was even better than the pictures. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and absolutely decadent. We stayed there a week and it was an oasis to come back after a long hot bike ride and relax in your own space. It is not cheap by Siem Reap standards but not as much as a basic cardboard Holiday Inn room in the US. Definitely recommend!

Proximity, serenity, cleanliness Nothing much..all good ?

The nature and landscape made me living in a peaceful place. it was best of the best as I live in big city with uncountable building. My room is clean and spacious.

A pleasant place to stay! Breakfast was good.

The place is very quiet and clean.Staffs are very helpful . Lovely stay, will go again maybe the portion of the dinner that I ordered was always a bit small.

The hotel's restaurant serves poor breakfasts. The same restaurant served their food cold - French fries, beef local dish 'lok lak', etc. After swimming in the pool, the sole of my son's foot was punctured by a sharp-pointed object - very dangerous.

Very friendly staff and close enough yet still quiet Building could use a bit of paint upkeep but otherwise was great. Pool was very welcome to help with heat. Rooms are nice and big. Good breakfast and other services massage and laundry are great Just looked a bit bruised and could use some lipstick

All of the staff was great breakfast is good

Exceptionally kind and service minded staff, both at the front desk and restaurant. Great food at good value, beautiful garden with a large and well maintained pool. Large and spacious rooms. The facility has a limited amount of rooms which makes it personal with a cozy ambience. We had a great stay! Even if the rooms are very clean, some furniture needs some maintenance. Their design is rustic but are a bit worn out.

The staff was amazing (they helped me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday), the room and the bed VERY comfortable, nice pool, good breakfast A bit out of town, but ok

Over all a great experience because of the ambiance, efficient warm staff and prompt service. A great place to stay for those visiting the tourist spots here. Well done to the hotel for the positive and warm hospitality. Special mention needs to be made about the Chef Ourm ( called her Aum as it was easy to remember) who ensured that our special dietary preferences were catered for. Some additional vegetarian breakfast choice.

Property location and staff willingness to help. The room did not match the description or photos shown at the time of booking. It also needed a thorough cleaning, several cupboard/closet fixtures were broken, and there wasn’t enough functional storage space for our clothes. Overall, it felt like we were assigned an older, unrenovated room that is due for updates.

- huge room - pristine clean - aesthetic pool A big thank you to the staff for being courteous and friendly and for doing all the requests I’ve made. None

Beautiful property with lots of lush greenery and traditional wood touches. The indoor-outdoor flowing lobby felt very nice and my room was great! The breakfast was set menu, not buffet, which I really liked too. The best part, however, was the service from the staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive, including Mr Sola, Ms Oeurm, Ms Touch and Ms Lyta. Loved my stay here. Nothing really
