Really lovely hotel. The best part is that this hotel focuses on ethical and sustainable tourism so you are directly contributing to empowering Cambodians to overcome poverty and become hospitality leaders. All of the staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel and rooms are cute and comfortable. There’s free drinking water stations, a shaded pool with pool towels and many sun beds, and a delicious breakfast and restaurant. The hotel is walking distance (15 minutes) to the lively riverside and pub street area but sits on a quiet side dirt road so you don’t hear the noise of the main streets. The hotel is on a side dirt road so just make sure you have offline maps downloaded or data. We first arrived in the evening and our taxi driver had a hard time finding the street so having offline maps was super helpful.

The people were wonderful. The facility was very good, although no elevator so be aware. The pool and little bar area is adorable. Morning breakfast was fresh and healthy. The location down a dark alley was a little disconcerting but the hotel itself is great.

Terrific base in beautiful Siem Reap. Rooms and spaces with great design sense, enjoyable common areas and tasty breakfast (included) or other meals and funky cocktails. We were very happy!

Baby Elephant has a family feel. The owner really takes care of her staff, and in turn, they take care of their guests. All our needs were tended to. The menu is diverse, and the food was good. -

This is an attractive little guest house with a lovely atmosphere. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is pretty good. 10 minutes walk into the centre of town or easy to get a tuk tuk. We did yoga with a brilliant teacher and loved it! They gave us a takeaway breakfast as we got up at 5h. We were a little disappointed with our room as the blinds for the window were broken so you could get no natural light and it was very dark.

Great staff. Really good breakfast. Spa for massage/facial very reasonable cost. Didn’t use pool but it looks nice. House dog and 2 cats were very friendly and playful.

This hotel is like a little oasis in Siem Reap. Tranquil, pretty and so relaxing. A lovely team of staff who were very helpful. Delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner all served in the garden. We loved the pool after a day of walking round temples. Thank you BE for a fantastic stay.

The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I would have been better sleeping on the floor. I understand they like firm mattresses in Asia, but this was ridiculously bad. I asked for some extra sheets to make it comfortable but it did not work. Honestly for the value, ($75 USD per night) was VERY overpriced for what the place was. I hope the staff is paid well, because the accommodations were not worth $75 a night. With the underperforming shower, mattress that made me want to sleep on the floor, and the location next to burning trash and screaming neighbor children 24/7, it was not a good deal. The staff were amazing but we don't think we will be staying there again.

The location is great and the staff friendly. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of healthy options. The dinner menu is also good. The location is quiet and yet still accessable on foot to the town center. The rooms have become tired and a little threadbare, since our previous stay. Covid obviously had an effect on the investment and replacement of towels and sheets all of which need renewing. The access road has deteriorated and rubbish lines the sides of the track that leads to the hotel.
