The hotel was beautifully decorated, the room was very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and included nice toiletries and even a sugar scrub which was great to use after a long day visiting temples! The breakfast was excellent. The hotel even provided a packed breakfast for early temple days. The food in the restaurant was excellent as were the happy hour cocktails! The hotel helped arrange a Tuk Tuk for me for temple tours - very comfortable with a wonderful driver.

Very nice hotel at an excellent location, kind and attentive staff and great breakfast. They provided a 15 USD voucher for a massage and a free delicious meal at their restaurant.

The receptionist Bella was wonderful and knowledge. Made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. My room was very nice and large. There breakfast was very suitable and up to international standards.

Centrally located. Extremely warm and accommodating staff. Service was exceptional. We left early several mornings to see the sights and they packed to go breakfast for us with care. We had massage at their SPA center, lunch at their restaurant which was nice. We felt that they took good care of us. Lunch is a 40 min wait, while the food is good, if you are in a hurry you should factor it in. Otherwise all good nothing to worry about.

We spent 34 days in SE Asia and this was the BEST accommodations we had. The hotel staff were always helpful and had such a warm and helping attitude. Upon arrival, they greeted us with peanut and dried fruit snacks and juice and the hospitality just continued. The location was excellent. It had a leafy neighborhood feel, yet the city sights were easily walkable. Breakfast was wonderful with made to order omelets. If we return to Siem Reap, we will stay here. Siem Reap is quite a gem in itself. Clean and orderly and peaceful.

Everything was excellent at this hotel from the attention of the staff to the comfort of the room. Breakfast was superb with a wide choice to suit everyone's taste. The hotel pool was fabulous and provided a welcome opportunity to relax in between some pretty intense sight seeing. The location of this hotel is fabulous with many very good quality restaurants and an extremely welcome craft beer bar within walking distance. Not one thing!

Though the hotel is beautiful and clean, it’s the people that really make this hotel special. Alice in particular went above and beyond to make our stay fun and memorable. Sam at the restaurant was extremely attentive and our driver Moni kept us cool and comfortable with water, beer, and cold towels wherever we went. I would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient location walkable to many shops and restaurants . Very friendly staff. Quite location. Nicely spaced room enjoyed the balcony even though the view was to the walk of the building next door. Our bathroom flooded the whole bathroom and drained super slow. Also got spa services since our room came with Spa Credit and it was alright.

Golden Temple Hotel an amazing stay. We stayed with our family for four nights and were extremely happy with our choice. The hotel is built in traditional architecture and offers a cozy atmosphere with top-notch service. First of all: location, location, location! It’s very convenient and just a 5-minute walk to the main bars and restaurants, and about 30 minutes to the Angkor Siem Reap temples. The pool area is lovely, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing, and the spa massages were excellent with very professional staff. A special thank you to Alison, who made our stay truly special from day one. She provided great recommendations for things to do, was available on WhatsApp 24/7 to answer all our questions and requests, and booked unforgettable tours with professional guides. We are definitely planning to come back. The only issue is that the AC unit in the room blows directly toward the beds, so an update or adjustment would help . Also the room where we stay was so big and furniturisjimg was weird , doesn’t feel comfy , I would work on design but again beds very comfortable to sleep it’s only suggestion,
