The hotel and staff were very nice and welcoming, location is excellent and price was very reasonable. The property presents itself as a 5-star hotel, which in my opinion is misleading. The facilities and overall standard are closer to 3- star rather than a luxury one. I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget friendly stay with good staff, but it should be advertised more accurately to avoid disappointed guests.

For the price it is some nice luxury! Big room, everything was clean, nice AC, nice pool area, great stay! Minor problem was the hot water was hit and miss, most times hot but sometimes it ran out.

Communication was great from booking onward. The staff went out of their way to make us welcome and make sure we had anything that we needed. They arranged activities for us and helped us navigate around the city. Some difficulties with communication due to language barriers BUT that was more related to our hearing loss than anything else.

This place is in a fantastic spot, offers great value and the staff are wonderful. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay for the money. The rooms are always big and clean, and the customer service is outstanding. Very close to Pub Street.

The hotel is fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious, and the pool is excellent. There are many places to eat and drink nearby, including Pub Street. It’s also a great place to relax in your room, balcony, or by the pool. I’d definitely stay there again!

The facilities were excellent and the staff incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help. The spacious and quiet room boasted a comfortable King-sized bed and amazing pillows. Walking distance to the main riverfront area, it was very safe and I would definitely recommend staying again.
