Kind staff, very spacious and modern room, nice pool area. Delicious breakfast. Location a short walk from main streets, also quite close to grocery store. Hotel can also arrange airport pickup, Angkor Wat tour etc. Wish we stayed here for longer! Our balcony was facing the pool, and noise from outside could be heard quite well even with the doors closed.

breakfast was adequate but with so many options nearby, breakfast was purchased elsewhere. The room was perfect, had a nice balcony, large room and nice view...location couldn't have been better with a short walk to pub street, night market, other restaurants. Each staff member was amazing and very attentive to everything, and always with a smile. Internet was poor at best - I never ended up getting my personal work done but since it was a working holiday, it became a holiday only. The breakfast wasn't the greatest so we chose to eat elsewhere for the most part.

The staff is amazing and really made us feel welcomed. The pool was nice and the breakfasts were very good. Everything was great and we recommend the hotel. Great location too. We were surprised to find the sink outside the bathroom separate from the toilet and did not find it functional. The bathroom sliding door could not fully close.

The pool area is quite small and water wasnt very clean. There is noisy music bar close to the hotel with laud music till late night

Water is not hot…. And also from the bathroom not cover well and morning light is straight to our bed.

It was visually beautiful, very comfortable and the staff was accommodating Nothing really -however there is no elevator - the staff brought our luggage to our room so it wasn’t an issue

This is our second time at the Apsara, having returned after staying in 2023. Sometimes, when you return to a place that you enjoyed, you find that it does not measure up to your memories, but that did not happen here. The Apsara exceeded our recall in quality and gracious service. We love the location, close to the action, but quiet for relaxing; and we appreciate the made-to-order excellent breakfast to start our day. We we arrived, we were thinking that our third time visiting temples around Siem Reap was probably enough, but we were so well taken care of at the Apsara that we are considering returning again. To put this in perspective, it takes us at least 1.5 days in transit to get there, and requires adapting to an 11 hour time change, and we consider the Apsara worth this effort. The staff place such effort into their work, that we find nothing to complain about.

Great location, amazing rooms. Lovely pool. Doubt you’ll get better value for money anywhere. Few mosquitoes around. Just buy some spray.

The location and nice size of rooms. In one room the air conditioning broke down. But it was fixed within 24 hours
