Love the location; it was close to the markets, drinks & food, restaurants, pub street and nightlife, and Hard Rock was a short stroll across the road. The pool was great, and the staff were amazing! Due to its proximity to Hard Rock, which played quite loud music, it was rather loud til about 11pm, but apart from that, the rooms were great. We didn't mind it so much, as we ended up having drinks there at night anyway. It wasn't a problem for my 13-year-old son either; he slept right through it.

Sadly as noted in other reviews the awful music from The Hard Rock Cafe can be heard in the room. But if you aren't in bed before 11.30pm then it's no problem as that is when it stops and otherwise room is quiet .

Close access to pub street (short walk) and easy access for tours etc. staff were lovely. Room was comfortable and clean, great shower and bath. Pool was convenient for a cool off after a hot day of sight seeing. Fridge wasn’t working, but it was replaced once we brought it to staff attention.

Staff was amazing. Convenient location. Near to tourist zone as well as hipster restaurants. Pillows are hard. Noise from Hard Rock Cafe across the street was unbearable. Not their fault but….. painful to have to endure.

City view? No. White wall view. We must have got the worst room in the place. Right next door to cleaners store cupboard. So woken up early with them filling up their trollies. Noise from Hard Rock Cafe near by . Some screaming woman murdering songs until midnight. The hotel description doesn't tell you there is no lift. So have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Receptionist who couldn't look you in the eye when we booked in. Never again.

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff A bit noisy from the Hards Rock cafe loud music near by, but at midnight it stops. So if you are early bird this could be a bit disturbing.

The location and staff are fantastic, the room big and comfortable, with a fan as well as AC! Shower was amazing, hot water and good pressure. Loved my stay here. Nothing.

Breakfast was great as well as the location The noise of the band playing at the nearby Hard Rock Cafe in the evening until 11, 11:30pm.

All the staff I came across during my stay were polite and helpful. I had to switch rooms during my stay (just to be on a lower floor), and this was accommodated for, with no issues. The cleaning staff who presumably did the move of bags, moved everything, even items that had been forgotten. Nice! So I had the opportunity to experience 2 rooms - both were spacious and clean. If I were ever back in Siem Reap, I would not hesitate to return to this hotel!

Lovely staff had a nice stay. Very convenient location in the middle of the old town. Hard rock cafe around the corner gets a bit noisy at night, but all up clean rooms, good beds and amazing local food offered in the hotel. Finally, our driver from the hotel So Serey was amazing!

The location was excellent, right near the markets etc, everything within walking (or Tuk Tuk) distance. There is a pool so after a day of exploring in the heat we could jump in the pool and cool off. Staff were extremely helpful Nothing to dislike

This hotel is well situated in the centre of SIem Reap just a block from the river and its multitude of restaurants and shops and it has a swimming pool, which was much appreciated after the strenuous days at Angkor Wat
