I had a really great stay at Homewood Hotel Siem Reap. Everything was even better than I expected. The location is very convenient. It's close to Pub Street, restaurants, and many places to visit, but it's still quiet enough to relax after a long day exploring the temples. The staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and always happy to help. Whenever I had a question, they explained everything clearly and gave me good recommendations for places to eat and visit. They also checked on me during my stay to make sure everything was okay, which made me feel very welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was really nice, and I had a good night's sleep every night. Everything in the room was well maintained. I also loved the swimming pools, especially the rooftop pool. The view from up there is beautiful, especially in the evening. It was the perfect place to relax after spending the day at Angkor Wat. The pool was always clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Homewood Hotel. The friendly staff, comfortable room, great location, and beautiful pool made my trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Siem Reap, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

I recently visited Siem Reap with my friend, and staying at Homewood Hotel truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They regularly checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay and asked if there was anything they could assist us with. Whenever we had questions, the staff provided detailed information and gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit, local restaurants, and things to do in Siem Reap. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel itself has a wonderful atmosphere and excellent facilities. I especially loved that there are two swimming pools one on the ground floor and another on the rooftop. If you enjoy watching the sunrise or sunset, the rooftop pool is absolutely the perfect place to relax. The panoramic city views create a peaceful and unforgettable experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, Homewood Hotel offers outstanding service, great facilities, and exceptional value for money. I highly recommend Homewood Hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Before made my staycation at here. I did check the review, I saw some of bad reviews and It really affected means Im so worry about it. Anyways I’m gladly I made booking. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist made me feel so welcome. I got to the hotel much earlier than I expected and was really tired after my trip. They kindly let me check in early at 12 PM, which I really appreciated. I originally booked classic room but I was impressed by free up to Classic Double with Balcony. The room was clean, cozy and the Air conditioning was really cold just the way I like it Every staff member I met was friendly and always happy to help. They gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit around the city. The location is also perfect. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to Pub Street and very close to the river, so everything was easy to reach.Overall, I had such a great stay and I’m so glad I didn’t let the negative reviews change my mind. I would definitely stay here again. It honestly feels like my second home now. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from Pub Street, the Old Market, and many excellent restaurants, yet it is quiet and peaceful at night. (Booking.com) The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day exploring Angkor Wat. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel welcome from check-in until check-out. The breakfast was delicious, offering both Khmer and Western choices, and the rooftop swimming pool was a wonderful place to unwind while enjoying the city views. Overall, Homewood Hotel offers excellent value for money with comfortable rooms, exceptional service, and a fantastic location. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Siem Reap and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Inside room always have mosquito even I tried to change the room from small to big building and there always have annoying sound from other room for both day and night time . I wish to enjoy my long vacation time with this place that’s why I try to make 3 reservations without considering with another choice . Anyways thankful to your lovely and polite receptionist but there will be no the Third time for me ?

The stairs and not a nice views of the hotel when they upgrade it was a bad views of a building wall next to it. Not a good upgrade.

Smoking option on balcony. Room smoke free and very clean. Location was great. Airport bus 3 minutes away via 1-dollar tuk tuk. Great burger joint across the street from Hard Rock. Nice owner, from California. None.

Great location. Walking distance to the town’s main Temple, pub street, old market, Kanell Dinner show, good 24-hr massage parlor, and local shops. The beds are very comfortable. Compared to the hotels near the main streets, much quieter The pool is very basic but was too busy to use the pool anyway.

The staff are all wonderful. Good breakfast. We were there during the Water Festival and walking distance to all the celebrations (on the Siem Reap river) ! Walking distance to the markets, Kanell dinner show, Hard Rock Cafe & more. Front desk also helps w tours Can't think of anything I didn't like

Location, staff (especially Housekeeping) WiFi. Same username in both new and old building, but password not same. So you go have breakfast from the old building to new building: you must forget the password to be enabled to log in in new building's WiFi. And again when going back, the same procedure. The breakfast, I ate breakfast 4 times, 2 times very good. Two times just acceptable, with only 3 kind of fruits: jackfruit, small bananas and watermelon, stale bread and many items not replenished.

Family room was a good size with big bath and shower. Location is in the heart of the city, next door to the packed Muffin Man and restaurants. Hard Rock Cafe, supermarket, cafe and filling station in the next streets. Very short walk to ATMs/Old Market, Night Market and Pub Street but without the noise. 2 swimming pools but only availed to the small one on the roof which is ok for a dip. Breakfast was from a menu not buffet but choice was reasonable. Late checkout is 2pm. Rooms cleaned daily without asking. Beds were very firm but on asking housekeeping they placed 2 duvets under the bottom sheet to mitigate the problem. Chef doesn't know how to make eggs benedict. Waiter complains if arrive at 9:45 for breakfast which closes at 10am.
